At this stage,the long-distance movement is developing in the direction of fast running,fast boarding,fast jumping,and high rise.Therefore,speed training has a great impact in the long jump.According to the division of items,long jump is a fast-powered sport.It requires high quality for the long-distance athletes.An excellent long-distance athlete must not only have good speed,but also must have a rapid explosive force.Both of them are indispensable.Therefore,in daily training,speed training has become the focus of most researchers and coaches.A large number of literatures have found that there are fewer methods for long-distance special speed training.Most training methods are based on the training method of sprint.It is impossible to combine the complete motion technology with physical fitness training(speed training),which is the aspect that the current long-distance speed training needs to be improved.As we all know,long jump is composed of four steps: running,jumping,vacating,and landing.Among them,running is the foundation,and taking off is the key.Scientific research shows that the impact of good running speed on long jump performance is 70%,and the study found that the utilization rate of Chinese athletes' running speed is far higher than that of the world's best long jump athletes,but the long jump performance is still compared with the world's outstanding long jump athletes.There is a big gap,mainly because the absolute speed of the long jump runners in China is low.Although the speed of the running speed is higher,the actual running speed is still lower than that of the world's best long jump athletes.This is the current situation of the long jump in China..Therefore,in order to improve the athlete's running speed,it is necessary to increase the absolute speed of the athlete so that it can achieve a higher running speed with a lower running speed utilization rate,so as to prepare for a quick take-off,in order to achieve a better long jump.The results are paved.This paper uses literature data method,video analysis method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods to study the application of breakable multi-pulley traction training in long jump running ability and long jump technology.The influence of pulley traction training on the absolute speed and performance of long jump running,and the application effect,advantages and disadvantages of breakable multi-pulley traction training in long jump running speed training,in order to improve the research and application of long jump runningspeed training method in equipment.Thereby improving the scientific and effective training of long jump running speed training,and contributing to the development of long jump technical training.To summarize the analysis,the conclusions are as follows:1.The detachable multi-pulley traction training is to use the external force to force the athlete to accelerate the running,so that the athlete's running speed without hindering the athlete's take-off.It can improve the athlete's ability to take off in the case of high-speed running.At present,this is a relatively economical,simple and efficient training method to improve athletes' long-distance running speed and performance.In the experimental group with multi-pulley traction training,the probability value of
