Post-activation enhancement effect is a method to enhance the explosive power of athletes’ lower limbs in a relatively short time.Currently, there are various ways of post-induction activation enhancement effect, and large-load barbell squat and equidistant MVC are often used for induction.Although multiple studies on postactivation enhancement have demonstrated that it can be activated in a variety of inducible ways. However,it is necessary to compare, try and innovate further in the induction methods to determine which induction methods can more effectively activate the post-activation enhancement effect and be more significant in enhancing the explosive power of lower limbs and improving the athletic performance. In order to explore a more efficient way of induction, this paper selects 16 male athletes from the School of Physical Education of Guangzhou University of Sport as experimental objects by using literature, mathematical statistics, expert interview, questionnaire, experiment and other research methods.Three different induction methods were applied to athletes in this experiment, namely, routine special warm-up,routine special warm-up combined with high-strength barbell activation, and routine special warm-up combined with multi-dimensional elastic band resistance training. The total number of experiments was three times, one week apart, and only one induction method was used each time. The athletes’ performance of standing long jump and longitudinal jump at 3,6,9,12,15 and 18 minutes after induction interval were collected,as well as the integrated electromyoelectric values of rectus femoris, vastus medialis, semitendinosus, gastrocnemius and gluteus maximus,as well as the peak explosive force, air time and leg stiffness in the mechanics of longitudinal jumping.Comparative analysis was made on the effect of post-activation enhancement on lower limb explosive power in different interval time under different induction methods.Among the findings:1.There is no statistically significant difference between athletes’ performance in standing long jump after different induction methods(P>0.05).However,the standing long jump performance of the multi-dimensional elastic band activation group was higher than that of the conventional warm-up group and the barbell activation group at 3-18 minutes after induction interval, and reached a peak when the interval was 6-9 minutes. However, the standing long jump performance of barbell activated group was lower than that of the regular warm-up group at 3-18 minutes after induction.2.There is no statistically significant difference in the longitudinal jump height of athletes after different induction methods(P>0.05).The longitudinal jump height of the multi-dimensional elastic band activation group was higher than that of the conventional warm-up group and the barbell activation group at the 3rd,6th,9th and18 th minutes of the interval time, and reached the peak at the 3rd minute of the interval time. The longitudinal jump height of barbell activation group was higher than that of conventional warm-up group at the 3rd,6th and 9th minutes of interval time, and reached the peak at the 9th minute of interval time.3.After different induction methods, there are significant differences in the integrated EMG values of the rectus femoris and medialis femoris in the standing long jump push and extension stage(P<0.05),there were no significant differences in the integrated EMG values of other muscles. After multi-dimensional elastic band induction, the integrated EMG values of rectus femoris, vastus medialis, gastrocnemius and gluteus maximus were all higher than those of conventional warmup group and barbell activation group. In the barbell activation group, the integrated EMG value of the induced posterior semitendinosus muscle was higher than that of the conventional warm-up group and the multi-band activation group, while the integrated EMG value of the rectus femoris, gastrocnemius and gluteus maximus was only higher than that of the conventional warm-up group.4.After different induction methods, there was no significant difference in the integrated EMG values of the five muscles of lower limbs in the longitudinal jump and extension stage(P>0.05).At the optimum time after induction, the integrated EMG value of femoris medialis induced by multi-dimensional elastic band was higher than that of barbell activated group. After barbell activation, the integral EMG values of rectus femoris, semitendinosus and gastrocnemius were higher than those of the multi-dimensional elastic band activation group and the routine warm-up group. There was no significant change in the gluteus maximus muscle between the two induction methods.5.There is no statistical difference in parameters related to the mechanics of longitudinal runout after different induction methods(P>0.05).However,the average optimal peak explosive force value and air time of athletes after multidimensional elastic band induction are better than the routine warm-up and barbell activation. The average optimal peak explosive force and average leg stiffness of athletes after barbell activation were better than those in the conventional warm-up group and the multi-dimensional elastic band warm-up group, but the average time of air exercise was lower than those in the conventional warm-up group and the multidimensional elastic band warm-up group.Conclusion:1.Post-activation enhancement effect can be induced by routine special warm-up combined with multi-dimensional elastic band resistance training and routine special warm-up combined with high-strength barbell activation.2.Routine special warm-up combined with multi-dimensional elastic band resistance training has a positive impact on athletic performance, while routine special warm-up combined with high-strength barbell activation has a certain negative impact on athletic performance.3.Compared with the routine special warm-up group and barbell activation group, the enhancement of athletes’ lower limb explosive power will take longer time when multidimensional elastic force is used to bring about the enhancement effect after induction, followed by the high-strength barbell activation group.4.Athletes have positive effects on the integrated EMG value of lower limb muscles after different induction methods, and different induction methods have different degrees of improvement on the integrated EMG value of different lower limb muscles. Therefore, the two induction methods have advantages in different interval time and different muscles. In order to achieve the best activation effect, the corresponding induction method can be selected according to the action characteristics of different sports items.5.After the athletes were activated by different induction methods, the peak explosive power of longitudinal jump and the longitudinal jumping air time in the multidimensional elastic band activation group were more promoting than the routine warm-up and barbell activation. The athletes’ peak explosive power was positively affected by the activation of the sub-maximum intensity, while the high or low leg stiffness had a negative effect on the athletic performance.
