Post-activation Potentiation that the body contracts after being stimulated by a certain load, which causes the explosive force of the body to increase rapidly, and the explosive force is one of the important factors that affect the sprinter’s special performance. This paper intends to apply a certain intensity of stimulation to the subjects’ body through different induction methods, and explore its influence on sprinters’ 100-meter and segment performance at different recovery time points, and combine the EMG signals collected by surface electromyography equipment to analyze the activation degree of athletes’ lower limb muscles by different induction methods,so as to provide new ideas for sprinters in daily training and competition. In this paper,by using the methods of literature review, experiment and mathematical statistics, eight male sprinters majoring in track and field in Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education were intervened by cross experiments. In the course of the experiment, the subjects were induced to enhance the effect after activation. Two groups of 85%1RM squats, two groups of equal-length hard pulls and two groups of hurdles were used to intervene, and the athletes’ 100-meter and their segmented scores were tested at six minutes, nine minutes and twelve minutes after the intervention, and the relevant test index data were obtained. After data statistics, the following results are obtained:(1)From the EMG value, the ratio of the activation degree of the five selected muscles by three different induction methods is: hurdle > squat > isometric hard pull.(2)From the point of EMG value and contribution rate, the size ratio of the five muscles selected in squat intervention is: medial thigh muscle > gluteus maximus >lateral thigh muscle > rectus femoris > hamstring muscle; The ratio of the size of the five muscles selected in the equal-length hard pull intervention is: medial thigh muscle > lateral thigh muscle > hamstring muscle > gluteus maximus muscle > rectus femoris muscle; The ratio of the size of the five muscles selected in the hurdle frame intervention is: lateral thigh muscle > hamstring muscle > medial thigh muscle >rectus femoris muscle > gluteus maximus muscle; The ratio difference between the contribution rate of the anterior muscle group(medial thigh muscle+lateral thigh muscle+rectus femoris)and the contribution rate of the posterior muscle group(hamstring muscle+gluteus maximus muscle)is: hurdle < squat < isometric hard pull.(3)Judging from the performance of 100 meters and segments, the squat and the hurdle rack improved the performance of 100 meters and segments at the 6th,9th and12 th minutes after the intervention. The enhancement effect induced by squat and hurdle race had significant difference on the subjects’ performance of 30 m and 60 m at the 6th and 9th minutes after the intervention(P < 0.05).At the 6th minute after the intervention, there was a significant difference between the subjects’ 100-meter performance and the pre-test performance(P < 0.05).At the 9th minute after the intervention, the hurdle rack improved the 100-meter performance of the subjects the most, with a very significant difference(P < 0.01).There was no enhancement effect after isometric hard pull induction, and the subjects’ scores declined in different degrees. At the 6th minute after the intervention, there were significant differences between the subjects’ 100-meter and their segmented scores and the previous measured values(P < 0.05),and there was a very significant difference in 100-meter(P < 0.01).The conclusions are as follows:(1)According to the integrated EMG value, among the three intervention methods, the hurdle frame has the best activation effect on the subjects, followed by squat, and the isometric hard pull has the worst effect.(2)During squat intervention, the EMG value and contribution rate of medial thigh muscle are the highest, while hamstring muscle is the smallest; The EMG value and contribution rate of the medial femoral muscle were the highest and the rectus femoris was the lowest when the isometric hard pull intervention was carried out.The EMG value and contribution rate of the lateral thigh muscle were the highest and the gluteus maximus muscle was the smallest when the hurdle frame intervened.Among the three induction methods, the activation of the anterior muscle group and the posterior muscle group is the most balanced when the hurdle frame is intervened, followed by squat, and the isometric hard pull is the worst.(3)Among the three intervention methods, squats and hurdles improved the subjects’ 100-meter and segmented scores in three periods after intervention; In the three periods after intervention, the results of 100 meters and segmentation all decreased.Squat at the 6th minute after intervention has the best effect on improving the subjects’ 100-meter and segmented scores. At the 9th minute after the intervention, the hurdle racer had the best effect on improving the subjects’ 100-meter and segmented scores.Equal-length hard drawing has the worst effect at the 6th minute after intervention.
