| The Overall Plan for the Reform and Development of Chinese Football issued in2015 has pointed out the development direction for the future of Chinese football,and the "double reduction" policy issued by the Ministry of Education in 2021 has provided time and space for the development of campus football.The introduction of the series of policies shows that the country puts the revitalization of Chinese football in the first place to build a sports power.At present,we vigorously carry out campus football activities,but there are still deficiencies in campus football training,which restricts the improvement of campus football level.How to effectively improve the quality of campus football training becomes a problem we need to ponder.Therefore,this paper applies the small match training method to the U10 campus football representative team,aiming at exploring the application effect of the small match training method in the campus football training,providing a practical reference for the future Chinese campus football training.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,experiment,mathematical statistics and other research methods,taking the application of small match training method in the U10 campus football team of Yu Shatan Primary School as the research object.Thirty members of the U10 team of Yushatan Primary School in Tianhe District were randomly selected and divided into experimental group(15)and control group(15)for a total of 30 training experiments for 10 weeks.The experimental group adopted the small competition training method,while the control group adopted the conventional training method for intervention.After the experiment,technical tests,competition ability and psychological indicators were respectively tested.SPSS26.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data and the following results were obtained:From the football skill test results,after the experiment,the control group showed significant improvement compared with the experimental class in the three technical tests of bouncing the ball,kicking accuracy and dribbling around the stick,showing P < 0.05.From the results of competition ability test,the experimental group individual competition ability is significantly improved compared with the control group after the experiment(P < 0.01).In terms of the overall team ability: after the experiment,the experimental group(3 wins)was better than the control group(1 win)in the score result.In various data statistics,the experimental group was worse than the control group in addition to the index of tackling,in passing,shooting,shooting on target,dribbling breakthrough,the number of times of hitting the wall,passing success rate,ball control rate index data are better than the control group.In psychological tests,the training motivation of the experimental group was significantly different from that of the control group after the experiment(P < 0.05),and the learning interest of the experimental group was significantly different from that of the control group(P < 0.01).The conclusion is as follows:1.Through the training of small game training method,campus football training methods are enriched,which not only makes up for the shortcomings of conventional training methods,but also provides theoretical basis and practical reference for campus football training.2.Through the research,it is found that both the small game training method and the regular training method can improve the basic skills of the players.Compared with small game training,regular training is more conducive to improving the basic skills of football.3.Both of the two training methods can promote the improvement of the players’ competition ability.Because the players can participate in more competitions during training,the small game training method effectively improves the actual combat ability of the players.4.The application of small game training method in primary school football training team can effectively improve the players’ learning interest and training motivation,indicating that small game training method has a positive effect on improving the players’ learning interest and training motivation.5.Through the questionnaire survey after the experiment,the campus U10 team has the following deficiencies in using the small game training method: ignoring the goalkeeper position training,not comprehensive physical training,not enough time to practice basic technical movements,ignoring the teaching of football rules. |
