Research purposes : The pace of modern football is accelerating,and the physical confrontation between players is becoming more and more intense.The players’ ability to accurately control the limb changes,change direction and speed,start with or without the ball,and quickly change the offensive and defensive techniques and tactics on the field is based on good agility.The age of primary school football training team members is just in the sensitive period of sensitive quality.We should seize the window of the sensitive period and effectively improve their sensitive quality by scientific and feasible means.This study compares the small field match training with the traditional sensitive quality training,and explores the effect of the two training methods on improving the different aspects of the sensitive quality of the primary school football training team members,so as to provide more training means for the primary school football training team during the sensitive quality training.Research methods: This experiment mainly adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics,and takes 40 players of the football training team of Wuchang Experimental Primary School as the experimental subjects,and carries out a 12-week intervention experiment.A total of five sensitive quality test indicators are selected,namely,the triangle back response test,the Illinois run,the Nebraska(with ball)sensitivity test,the 12-meter dribbling around the pole,and the AFL test(with ball)test,These indicators are divided into two types: non-ball sensitivity and ball sensitivity.Research results:(1)After 12 weeks of small field competition and training in the experimental group,there were significant differences in the results of triangle back response test,Illinois run,Nebraska(with ball)sensitivity test,12-meter dribble around the pole,and AFL test(with ball).(2)After 12 weeks of traditional sensitivity training intervention,the results of Nebraska(with ball)sensitivity test and AFL test(with ball)in the control group did not have significant differences,while the results of triangle back response test,Illinois run,and12-meter dribbling round rod test had significant differences.(3)After the 12-week intervention test,the experimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed.There was no significant difference in the indicators of the triangle back response test,but there was a significant difference in the indicators of Illinois running,Nebraska(with the ball)sensitivity test,AFL test(with the ball),and 12-meter dribbling around the pole.Research conclusion:(1)Through 12 weeks of experimental intervention,small field match training and traditional sensitivity quality training have a certain effect on improving the sensitivity quality of primary school football training team members,but the improvement effect is different.(2)The effect of traditional sensitivity quality training on improving the non-ball sensitivity quality of primary school football training team members is better than that of small field match training.(3)The effect of small-site match training on improving the ball sensitivity of primary school football training team members is better than that of traditional sensitivity training.
