| The "double reduction" policy’s implementation and the deepening of the educational concept of the new curriculum standard have necessitated higher requirements for teachers’ teaching and students’ learning efficiency,as evidenced by the analysis.of existing scholars’ research,it is found that because students in the lower age group lack independent learning ability,they cannot independently conduct error management activities and rely on the guidance and help of teachers,so in this study,the subject of implementing error management is placed on the primary school teachers.This research mainly adopts interview and observation methods to investigate the current situation of error question management of teachers in Grade Two of X primary school,and draws the following conclusions: Teachers are aware of the importance of error questions of pupils,but teachers lack personalized guidance for error question management,weak interaction between teachers and students,incomplete error question management links,and lack of longitudinal thinking on error question management.Combined with the existing problems,the author designed the wrong problem teaching and group activities to implement the wrong problem management of mathematics teachers.After the end of the practice,the author compares the results and behavioral changes of the students before and after the practice,and finds that the guidance ability of the primary school mathematics teachers in error management has been improved,and the primary school mathematics learning performance has been generally improved.Through the refining of teachers’ effective guidance experience in the research process,the author puts forward the improvement thinking of primary school mathematics teachers’ error management: first,strengthen communication and cooperation,multi-dimensional management of error problems;Second,strengthen students’ wrong questions management concept,third,optimize students’ wrong questions management behavior;Four,Clearly establish the process of error sets and establish personalized error sets;Five,according to the wrong problem design hierarchical work.It is hoped that this study can provide some reference suggestions for teachers in the management of pupils’ errors. |
