| Strengthening labor education is the embodiment of implementing the "Guidelines for Labor Education in Universities,Primary and Secondary Schools(Trial)" and the implementation of the "Compulsory Education Labor Curriculum Standards(2022)Edition",in which the concept of labor is the core of labor education,one of the keys to strengthen the labor education of primary school students is to cultivate the concept of labor for primary school students.Based on X Primary School’s current situation of cultivating pupils’ concept of Labour,this paper,centering on primary school Chinese teaching,discusses the causes and countermeasures of problems existing in the cultivation of pupils’ concept of Labour in primary school Chinese teaching.By means of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview and other research methods,this paper carried out a survey on the status quo of the cultivation of primary and middle school students’ view of labor in primary school Chinese teaching in Heze City’s X Primary School and found that,although emphasis is placed on strengthening labor education in various subject teaching,there are the following problems in the cultivation of primary school students’ view of labor in the current Chinese teaching in X primary School: Primary school Chinese teachers lack of understanding of labor education and labor concept,primary school Chinese teachers do not dig enough labor education resources in primary school Chinese teaching materials,the cultivation of labor concept in primary school Chinese teaching and the integration of textbooks in a single way,the cultivation of labor concept in primary school Chinese teacher-school-community cooperative teaching path needs to be optimized,primary school Chinese teachers lack of evaluation and feedback of primary school students’ labor concept.In view of these problems,according to the labor education standards of primary and secondary schools,combined with the program of labor education,based on Suhomlinsky’s labor education theory,the combination of education and productive labor theory,and Tao Xingzhi’s life education theory,this study puts forward suggestions on how to effectively cultivate the concept of labor in primary school Chinese teaching:First of all,improve the primary school Chinese teachers to labor education and labor concept of understanding: including strengthening the primary school Chinese teachers to learn,understand the new era of labor spirit;To strengthen the training of primary school Chinese teachers on labor concept education and enhance their ability to carry out labor concept education in Chinese teaching.Secondly,we should explore and integrate the labor-education resources in the primary school Chinese teaching materials,enrich and supplement the labor-education resources: including exploring the labor-education elements in the primary school Chinese teaching materials and integrating educational resources;Develop "labor" resources into virtue education.Thirdly,the cultivation of the concept of labor in primary school Chinese teaching and the diversification of teaching materials: including enriching the teaching methods of primary school Chinese teachers,so that teachers can jump out of the "usual way",not just simply play videos,language explanation;The cultivation of the concept of labor and the integration of teaching materials are diversified,combined with multiple sections of teaching materials,and combined with "speaking","reading" and "writing" in Chinese teaching.Secondly,expand the cultivation path of labor concept in the cooperative teaching of Chinese in primary school,including the cooperative participation of parents and the support from the social level,make full use of the characteristics of family education and social education,complement each other with school education,and realize the all-round development of education.Finally,optimize the evaluation mechanism of primary school students’ view of labor in Chinese teaching,strengthen the feedback: including the optimization of the evaluation content,evaluate the primary school students from multiple aspects of the view of labor;To strengthen the feedback collection,in order to better educate pupils on the concept of labor.It is very necessary to cultivate the concept of labor in primary school Chinese teaching,which can effectively improve students’ comprehensive quality.Through the investigation and analysis of this study,we believe that it will provide useful reference and enlightenment for the education of labor concept in primary school Chinese teaching. |
