| With the advent of a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has increasingly emphasized the importance of ideological and political work among college students.It has put forward the proposal to regard ideological and political education as a major political task and strategic project,and promote reforms and innovations in it.As an important part of ideological and political education among college students,the carrier is crucial.In the new era,it is necessary to accurately grasp the actual situation of carrier innovation for it.This paper systematically summarizes the policy design in the new era regarding the carrier of it,uses policy as guidance,compiles a survey questionnaire to investigate the application and innovation of the carrier in it in the new era,identifies and analyzes problems,and proposes corresponding methods and strategies for the innovation and development of the carrier of it in the new era.This paper consists of five parts,and the specific content is as follows:The first part is the introductory remarks.It aims to introduce the background and research significance of the topic,and review the research status both domestically and internationally.Meanwhile,this paper will elaborate on the research ideas,the research methods employed,and the innovative aspects of the research.The second part is a theory-based explanation.It delves into the concept of the carrier,and deepens the understanding of the application and innovation of the carrier.Drawing on the relevant theories of Marx,Engels,Lenin,and the main leaders of the Communist Party of China regarding the carrier,this section provides theoretical guidance for promoting the innovation of the carrier in the new era.The third part is a study of policy texts regarding the carrier of ideological and political education among college students in the new era.This paper sorts out the policy design of the relevant state departments in terms of the function,contemporary characteristics and realistic forms of the ideological and political education carriers for college students,so as to provide policy guidance for ideological and political education carrier innovation.The fourth part is the empirical analysis.The study utilizes a questionnaire survey to investigate and analyze the current status of innovation in the ideological and political education carriers for college students.The survey revealed that while historic progress has been made in this area,there are still several issues that need to be addressed.These include the absence of a robust network ecosystem for ideological and political education,insufficient collaboration among different carriers to promote education,inadequate attention to student needs in the selection and utilization of carriers,and a lack of evidence to support the use of various carriers to improve the effectiveness of governance of ideological and political education.The underlying reasons for these problems include a limited ability to use the entire media communication system to promote a healthy network ecosystem for ideological and political education,a failure to fully utilize the collective function of different carriers within the "Big Thinking and Politics" education system,insufficient attention to the fit between carriers and educational targets,and limited roles of various carriers in enhancing the governance efficiency of it.The fifth part is the methodological countermeasures.The new approach is to enhance the ability to build a new ecology of ideological and political education network,to enhance the effect of nurturing people through various course carriers,to focus on the actual needs of students and to enhance the degree of suitability,and to enhance the effectiveness of governance by bringing into play the advantages of various carriers. |
