Research On The Internationalization Development Of "Naadam" In Inner Mongolia

As an important carrier of Chinese outstanding traditional culture,Naadam is a vivid reflection of regional outstanding culture in the field of sports.It plays an important role in maintaining social stability,promoting economic development and strengthening people-to-people bond.Under the background of the current "The Belt and Road",the international development of "Naadam" has ushered in new development opportunities.In order to seize the development opportunities,this paper adopts literature,field investigation,SWOT analysis and other methods,based on the current development status of "Naadam" in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,focuses on high-quality development goals,and then puts forward practical and effective development strategies.It is expected to provide reference for the international development of "Naadam" in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,provide basis for the development of other ethnic sports culture,and contribute positive force to the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Under the background of the strategy of strengthening China,"Naadam" is inherited mainly through the support and protection of the government,teaching and competition in schools,and the teaching of skills in people’s lives.In the context of the integration of culture and tourism,the overall satisfaction level of tourists to the development of "Naadam" is high,and further improvement is needed in such aspects as the accuracy of navigation signs,the perfection of tourism information and the concentration of play items.Under the background of the Internet era,the main body of the dissemination of "Naadam" is limited to local areas,and the dissemination content is mainly tourism information promotion.The dissemination channels are mainly "three micro and one end",and the audience is concentrated in local and coastal areas,with obvious cyclical characteristics of the dissemination effect.Under the background of "The Belt and Road",the international exchange of "Naadam" culture is not frequent,and the competition’s radiation scope is relatively narrow,mainly focusing on China,Mongolia and Russia.(2)At present,the advantages of the international development of "Naadam" in Inner Mongolia mainly include: it has a long history and profound cultural deposits;With education,tourism,entertainment,trade and other functions;A broad mass base;Good natural and human resources endowment.The main disadvantages include: weak driving force for innovation,insufficient publicity and promotion,lack of sound management mechanism and institutional construction,and lack of professional talents.The opportunities mainly include: policy support from the government;Continuous and in-depth development of cultural and tourism integration;The historical background of "two overall situations";The people’s spiritual and cultural needs are growing.The main challenges include: lack of inheriting subjects of accelerated population flow;Chinese sports international discourse power is weak;Financing channels are narrow;The language barrier restricts the effect of external communication.(3)Combined with the above problems,the paper puts forward targeted strategies for the internationalization development of "Naadam" in Inner Mongolia: deepening scientific and technological enablement to help improve the quality and upgrade of tourism services;Accelerating industrial upgrading and improving consumption supply capacity;Integrate advantageous resources to create characteristic cultural brand;Optimize the international communication strategy to enhance the visibility of the event;Establish a sound management mechanism to ensure reasonable and orderly development;Strengthen the support of talents and strengthen the intellectual guarantee of development;Strengthen international exchanges and cooperation,create a new situation of sports public diplomacy;Enhance language exchange and break the barrier of cultural exchange;Focus on cultural innovation and create a strong atmosphere for the participation of all people;Expand financing channels and create long-term development space.
