Rope skipping can promote the coordinated development of muscles,joints,ligaments and visceral functions of upper and lower limbs.It is the necessary content of physical health test for primary school students.In recent years,on the basis of traditional rope skipping,synchronized rope skipping has gradually entered the primary school physical education curriculum by integrating various elements and taking "interest" and "flower style" as the breakthrough,and was officially included in the curriculum content of compulsory education physical education and health curriculum standard(2022 Edition)in 2022.Changsha,as an early city in the country to implement the pattern rope skipping course in primary schools,has accumulated some experience in the establishment of pattern rope skipping course,but there are also some deficiencies.Therefore,studying the current situation of pattern rope skipping course in primary schools in Changsha,summarizing experience,finding deficiencies,and putting forward corresponding improvement strategies can provide reference for further promoting the establishment of pattern rope skipping course in primary schools.Using the research methods of literature,field investigation,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and case analysis,this paper makes a detailed investigation and Analysis on the current situation of 26 primary schools that have set up pattern rope skipping courses in Changsha.The conclusion is that:(1)Changsha primary school rope skipping course has been offered for a relatively short time,and the number of schools offering this course is also small,but it is increasing year by year;The main forms of offering are after-school service at 3:30,sports team,big break and pattern rope skipping physical education,with good results.Teaching teachers are mainly external teachers,with a balanced gender ratio.Most of them have bachelor’s degrees and have good teaching qualification.Some external teachers lack teacher qualification certificates;Most schools have the venue conditions for setting up synchronized rope skipping courses,and rope skipping equipment is mainly provided by students themselves.There are many pattern rope skipping textbooks,but no school-based textbooks have been compiled;Most of the teaching hours are more than 20 class hours.The teaching content is rich and the students’ learning enthusiasm is high;The course assessment is mainly based on the usual results,supplemented by the final examination,and the assessment methods are relatively perfect.(2)The teaching effects of the pattern rope skipping course in primary schools in Changsha mainly include: students are very interested in the pattern rope skipping course,the excellent rate of the students’ physical health test rope skipping project is high,the pattern rope skipping has won the strong support of parents,and the pattern rope skipping course has achieved good social effects,etc;The existing deficiencies of pattern rope skipping courses in primary schools in Changsha mainly include: insufficient attention of school leaders,weak teachers,lax teaching management,weak cultural creation and so on.(3)The successful experience of fengshushan Meilian primary school in offering pattern rope skipping course: multi pronged,comprehensively strengthening teachers;Interesting teaching to arouse students’ interest in learning;Actively hold the competition and create an atmosphere of rope skipping;Promote the rank and improve students’ skill level;Build brand and prosper campus sports culture.Its shortcomings: lack of full-time pattern rope skipping teachers in the school;The school-based textbook of pattern rope skipping has not been prepared;The competitive level of rope skippers is not good;The cultural atmosphere of rope skipping is not strong.(4)The suggestions on setting up rope skipping courses in primary schools in Changsha mainly include: conscientiously implementing the national physical education policy and strengthening the attention of school leaders to rope skipping courses;Further improve the teacher training system,strengthen the training of high-level talents and improve the strength of teachers;Strengthen the construction of pattern rope skipping course,actively compile school-based teaching materials,promote the whole area with the combination of points and areas,and select and build a number of exemplary pattern rope skipping characteristic schools;Adhere to the principle of "church,diligent practice and regular competition",and comprehensively improve the teaching quality of pattern rope skipping course;Fully tap the ideological and political elements of rope skipping course and do a good job in "three complete education"...
