development of sunshine sports activities,actively respond to the national call to promote the physical health of the whole people.Under the support of national policies and provincial and municipal associations,synchronized rope skipping is gradually promoted in primary and secondary schools in Xi 'an,and is loved by primary and secondary students with unique charm.In recent years,it has been carried out in Xi 'an.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the current situation of the promotion of synchronized rope skipping in primary and secondary schools in Xi 'an city and put forward effective promotion strategies based on the actual situation to promote the development of synchronized rope skipping in primary and secondary schools in Xi 'an city as well as nationwide promotion.This research USES the literature material method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey,on-the-spot investigation method,etc,to xi 'an figure rope skipping exercise promotion present situation of elementary and middle schools as the research object,from the promotion value,the promotion of the present situation,the promotion effect and the influence factors in the process of popularization etc,as well as an in-depth analysis,aimed at figure rope skipping exercise in xi 'an promotion to provide the reference of primary and secondary schools,And then promote the sustainable development of xi 'an primary and secondary schools pattern rope skipping.1)From the overall level of promotion: Xi 'an primary and secondary schools to promote the variety jump rope sport,in the participating in synchronized rope skipping.Most of them are willing to participate in synchronized rope skipping for a long time,but their cognition level of synchronized rope skipping is not high.Participation attitude,perceived behavior control,participation intention and participation teaching environment have significant positive effects on students' participation in synchronized rope command of the movements of synchronized rope skipping and can independently complete the basic teaching movements;All primary schools in Xi 'an city have carried out synchronized rope skipping,which has certain fitness,competition performance,social and economic results;Promotion form are mainly composed of physical education teaching and community activities,teaching content is mainly based on synchronized jumping,single pattern and synchronized,but lack of rope skipping school-based curriculum designs,teaching content set is not clear,teaching method and the way a single,less competitions held activities,and differences in urban and suburban counties to carry out the promotion.6)Under the guidance of the national policy support,the sound organization of provincial and municipal associations,the promotion of school sports atmosphere and other favorable factors,synchronized rope jumping is well promoted in primary and secondary schools in Xi 'an.However,there are also some factors restricting its promotion,such as difficult policy implementation,big differences between urban and suburban counties,lack of training for teachers,and less competition activities.Therefore,the promotion and development of xi 'an primary and secondary schools pattern jump rope should be promoted by favorable factors,continue to strengthen the cooperative relationship between society,school and family,so as to promote the movement in xi 'an primary and secondary schools better promotion and development,but also will be able to promote to the whole country.According
