| The report of the 19 th National Congress clearly puts forward that education is the great plan of our country.We should put education development in the first place,build an educational power,make educational planning,deepen educational reform,especially higher vocational education,as an important part of China’s higher education system,and keep up with the pace of modernization.Nowadays,the large-scale trend of higher vocational education is becoming more and more obvious.However,the expansion of scale inevitably brings the contradiction of "it is difficult to guarantee the quantity and quality".How to ensure the coordinated development of Higher Vocational Students’ education quality in the process of large-scale higher vocational education has become the theme of higher vocational education.At present,input-output efficiency evaluation has become a common means of performance evaluation of enterprises and institutions.The concept of input-output efficiency evaluation is gradually introduced into the field of higher vocational education,but there are a series of problems in the current input-output efficiency evaluation of Higher Vocational Education: the correlation between input process and output results is not strong,and the development of higher vocational education quality is limited.In order to better solve the practical problems existing in this field,this paper takes Hunan Higher Vocational Colleges as the research object,focuses on the education input-output efficiency of Higher Vocational Colleges from the macro policy level and individual college level,and makes empirical analysis by using DEA-Tobit model,so as to provide theoretical support and feasible suggestions for improving the input-output efficiency of higher vocational education resources.By finding some problems of input redundancy and output deficiency in the educational resources of higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes its current situation and defects in the allocation of educational resources,so that the educational resources can be effectively allocated,obtains empirical results,and puts forward optimization countermeasures to better allocate the educational resources of higher vocational colleges,promote educational equity and promote the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges.Firstly,this paper uses the method of literature analysis to sort out and summarize the relevant representative literature of higher vocational education,summarize the research status at home and abroad,and lay a good theoretical foundation;Secondly,it compares and analyzes the research methods at home and abroad to solve this problem,selects the appropriate empirical analysis model:DEA-Tobit model,and finds out the problems of educational inputoutput efficiency of Higher Vocational Colleges in Hunan Province through empirical research;Finally,it makes an in-depth analysis of the influencing factors from the macro level of the government and the micro perspective of higher vocational colleges,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems. |
