In the face of a new era,higher vocational education should actively face new challenges,follow the latest strategic plan of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,comprehensively deepen reforms,rationally allocate resources for higher vocational education,improve the efficiency of resource allocation in higher vocational education,and strengthen resources for higher vocational education.Radiation effect.Constructing a perfect resource allocation mechanism for higher vocational education and improving the allocation efficiency of resources for higher vocational education has become an important issue in the development of higher vocational education,and it is also an urgent problem to be solved urgently.Therefore,it analyzes the current situation of resource allocation in higher vocational colleges,explores the efficiency of resource allocation in higher vocational education,analyzes the influencing factors of resource allocation efficiency of higher vocational education,provides a powerful countermeasure for optimizing the allocation of resources for higher vocational education,and promotes the maximum benefit of higher vocational education resources.,is of great significance.This paper theoretically analyzes the related concepts,configuration subjects,configuration objects and allocation methods of higher vocational education resources,and sorts out the theoretical basis of resource allocation efficiency of higher vocational education.Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA)was chosen as the efficiency measurement method.The model was combined with the super-efficiency model to calculate the efficiency of the allocation of educational resources in 36 higher vocational colleges in Hubei Province,and 24 were effective.It is analyzed that the resource allocation efficiency of higher vocational education in different regions of Hubei Province is quite different.Among them,the higher vocational education resources allocation efficiency in Jianghan Plain and southwestern Hubei is higher;the higher vocational education in southeastern Hubei,northeastern Hubei and northwestern Hubei Resource allocation is less efficient.Based on efficiency measures,the effects of various influencing factors on the allocation efficiency are proposed,and the factors affecting the resource allocation efficiency of higher vocational education in Hubei Province are identified and dimensioned.The results show that the two major influencing factors of the external economic environment and the internal education level play a positive role in the efficiency of resource allocation in higher vocational education.Based on the previous normative analysis,based on the results of empirical analysis,it is proposed to adjust the resource structure of higher vocational education based on the external economic environment,strengthen the supervision of education funds in higher vocational colleges,optimize the allocation of human resources in higher vocational education,and introduce a resource allocation mechanism that follows the principle of benefit.Policy recommendations for building a higher vocational education resource sharing platform.
