| High-quality development is the essential requirement of Chinese-style modernization.Modernization is a reform involving economic,political and social fields.The social field is characterized by urbanization,which is an important part of modernization.Without urbanization,it is difficult to achieve modernization,and it is difficult to promote Chinese-style modernization without the high-quality development of urbanization.Therefore,it is of great significance to promote the new urbanization to achieve high-quality development.However,new urbanization is also faced with the problems of slow citizenization of landless peasants and low quality of urbanization.As a special group in the progress of new urbanization,the solution to the problem of citizenization of landless peasants is conducive to promoting the high-quality development of new urbanization.Community education,as an unwalled and inclusive education,is an important link in the life-long education system and the construction of a learning society,which has its special value and role in the process of citizenization of landless farmers.Three landless peasant communities in Chongqing are selected as the research object to represent the three types of landless peasant communities in the process of new urbanization.The overall urbanization of Chongqing is developing rapidly.Yubei District,where Community T is located,is the main urban area with the best economic development and the fastest growth of new urbanization rate in the past decade.So,Community T represents the landless peasant community of local urbanization in the main city.Community Q is not only a resettlement community for alpine ecological immigrants in Qianjiang District of southeastern Chongqing,but also the largest resettlement community for poverty alleviation in alpine ecological inhospitable areas in Chongqing.It is typical of alpine ecological poverty alleviation community in the alpine ecological areas of northeast and southeast Chongqing,such as Youyang,Xiushan,Pengshui,Chengkou,Wushan and so on.As the type of landless peasant community of goaf relocation,Community B has a strong representation of the landless peasant community in the five major state-owned coal mine goaf comprehensive management of migrant relocation in Chongqing.Therefore,the three communities are the typical representatives of the landless peasant communities in the process of three new types of urbanization in Chongqing.The investigation of the landless peasant community education in the three communities can better examine the situation of the landless peasant community education in the new urbanization process in Chongqing.Moreover,Chongqing has the characteristics of a big city with a big countryside,which is the epitome of the whole of China.Therefore,the large-scale community education of landless peasants in the whole country can be peeped into from the community education of landless peasants in the three communities.Based on the educational theory of social reform and marginal personality theory,selecting three types of landless peasant communities in Chongqing as the research object,using questionnaire survey and field survey to investigate the status quo of community education of landless peasant in the three communities from the aspects of the basic status quo of community education,teaching,resources and management.It is found that the three communities have carried out many community education activities to varying degrees,which also promoted the citizenization process of landless peasants to a certain extent.But at the same time,there are still many problems,including low participation in community education of landless peasants,lack of initiative in carrying out activities,lack of systematic curriculum content,inadequate integration and utilization of resources,mismatch between supply and demand,and lack of funding input channels.This is not conducive to the realization of citizenization of landless peasants,but also to the development of community education.Through the analysis and discussion of the existing problems and the causes,five "improvements" are proposed as the optimal path of the landless peasant community education to promote the healthy development of landless peasant community education and give full play to its important role and value in the process of citizenization of landless peasants.That is,to improve the laws and regulations of community education,improve the construction of community education workers,improve the school-running system of community education,improve the management and operation mechanism of community education and improve landless farmers’ understanding,which can make joint efforts from five aspects of laws and regulations,human resources,school-running system,management and operation,and the objects of education,so as to promote the healthy operation and long-term development of community education.And it also contribute to the improvement of the quality and efficiency of the citizenization of landless peasants,and then the high-quality development of new urbanization should be promoted by people with modern urban personality and knowledge. |
