The countryside evolution for the city is the eternal theme of the development of humansociety, especially along with the Industrial Revolution opened the process of industrialization,urbanization has become an irreversible global trend.Related statistics show that in2011China’s urban population accounted for51.27%of the total population, the proportion ofurban population more than agricultural population for the first time.The "TransitionCommunity" is a form of community under the background of China’s rapidly achieve theintegration of urban and rural.The "Transitional Community"in the article refers to ruralresettlement community, the emphasis is a transitional form of rural communities to urbancommunities in the transition and the ultimate goal is to evolve into full sense of the urbancommunity. In the form of space, the transition community is urban communities, but thewithdrawal of the village built home construction the transitional community this form ofurbanization is not the natural result of the development of rural society, nor is it the farmersvoluntarily chooseprocess.The dramatic changes in the lives bound to the problem ofresidents’ integration for the communityIn this study, community theory, social capital theory and the theory of social interaction,combined with Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, residents’ integration can be divided into threelevels: First, the integration of the economic aspects of life, referring to the community tomeet the basic living security needs of the residents; The second is the integration of theeveryday aspects of life, means that the community can meet the needs of residents of socialcommunication and to interact; The third is psychosocial integration, which is the highestlevel of the resident community integration. The residents of the community integration mustbe comprehensive adaptation and integration in economic life, daily life and socialpsychological, After the first two levels of integration, residents in the psychologicaltransition community a sense of identity and a sense of belonging, accepted the concept ofcity life, culture, the transitional community integration, this transition community evolvedinto the full sensemodern urban communities.The research found that: In the economic life of the residents, the residents’ income hasbeen reduced, falling living standards, employment difficulties, the presence of social securitylag in varying degrees, a direct impact on the residents basic survival needs of life; In theirdaily lives residents still pay attention to relatives, joint and neighborhood support "humannetwork", but social interaction presents a shallow and superficial characteristics, conflictsand contradictions of everyday life and social interaction "two worlds"; Third, in thepsychosocial, the transitional community residents into the plight of the public, for a new lifesatisfaction evaluation differentiation serious lack but gradually formed a new communityidentity and sense of belonging.Research community integration in the theory and practice is an exploration through the hierarchy of needs of the residents, Through the operation of the hierarchy of needs ofresidents, the for transitional community residents into the study provides a new perspectiveand methods.Through the operation of the hierarchy of needs of residents, the for transitionalcommunity residents into the study provides a new perspective and methods, facilitate theanalysis of the shortcomings which provide a theoretical basis for the development of aharmonious community.
