With the rapid development of China’s agriculture,the demand for agricultural talents in agriculture-related enterprises is increasing,especially the demand for talents with certain technical expertise is becoming more and more urgent.How to objectively evaluate professional talents in recruitment is a very important issue for agriculture-related enterprises.At the same time,due to the epidemic and other reasons,the demand for online recruitment is increasing,and the convenience of online recruitment methods will also bring certain drawbacks,such as talent identity information leakage,personal privacy leakage and key data tampering.How to protect the information security in the talent recruitment process has become an inevitable problem.This paper studies the indicators of agricultural talents,and proposes a new evaluation system and data storage method based on the characteristics of decentralization of blockchain technology.The main work and results are as follows:According to the current situation of personal privacy protection on the Internet at home and abroad,the characteristics of blockchain technology and related algorithmic technologies are analyzed,and the feasibility of blockchain technology in human privacy protection is proved through calculation.(1)According to the existing problems in the evaluation of agricultural talents,a set of scientific and complete agricultural talent evaluation system is designed,which better solves the objective evaluation problem of agricultural talents in the recruitment process of agriculture-related enterprises.(2)Research and design of related algorithms based on blockchain technology,the use of hashing algorithm to encrypt the identity information of agricultural talents,used to protect the personal privacy information of agricultural talents,and then use digital identity identification(DID identification)to authenticate the evaluation results of agricultural talents,so that the preservation and data transmission of their evaluation results are more reliable.(3)The agricultural talent evaluation system based on blockchain technology is applied through the specific platform,which can basically solve the evaluation problems and information security problems of agricultural talents in the platform,and finally verify the system through objective data,and the verification results show the scientificity,rationality and feasibility of the research.
