Agriculture is the foundation of the country’s business and is the basic industry in the national economy.As China’s agricultural enterprises continue to develop and grow,the demand for talents is also increasing.However,many problems and difficulties,such as the lack of talents and serious brain drain of agriculture-related graduates from colleges and universities,have gradually become the key factors hindering the development of China’s agricultural enterprises.Solving the problem of weak talent attraction of agricultural enterprises can not only help agricultural enterprises realize the supply of talents and enhance their competitiveness,but also facilitate the modernization of agricultural enterprises and promote and drive industrial upgrading.Combing the relevant literature,the research hypothesis is proposed in four aspects of personal characteristics,household registration characteristics,external factors and enterprise influence of agricultural college talents,and a binary logistic analysis model is used to empirically study the influence of agricultural college talents’ willingness to work in agricultural enterprises based on 732 questionnaire survey data of agricultural college talents in Chengdu.The results showed that agricultural college talents were significantly influenced by factors such as education,major,whether they had agriculture-related internship experience,household registration,salary,talent introduction policy,enterprise recruitment process,talent training system,enterprise culture,and understanding of the enterprise when choosing an enterprise.Secondly,through case interviews with agricultural enterprises,the problems in attracting talents from agricultural colleges and universities in Chengdu were uncovered.Based on the above significant influencing factors,the current situation of agricultural enterprises’ attraction to talents from agricultural colleges and universities,we found that the main problems are focused on the contradiction between the supply and demand of agricultural enterprises and agricultural colleges and universities,the single recruitment channel of agricultural enterprises on campus,the weakened employer image of agricultural enterprises,the confusion of human resource planning of small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises and the lack of communication and exchange platform between schools and enterprises.Based on the above research and analysis results,this thesis,starting from agricultural enterprises,proposes countermeasures to improve the attractiveness of agricultural enterprises to agricultural college talents: improve the salary and welfare system,optimize the campus recruitment process,innovate the corporate publicity mode,strengthen the cooperation between schools and enterprises,shape the core culture of enterprises,create a talent growth environment,and strive for government talent policies in order to improve the attractiveness of agricultural enterprises to agricultural college talents.
