Softball is a group competitive sport with both technology,speed and confrontation.The individual physical qualities of hitting skills,speed and strength have a decisive factor in the result of team competition.Since 2016,when the International Olympic Committee included softball in competitive sports,various countries and regions have begun to pay attention to the popularization and development of softball,and strengthened the cultivation of relevant talents.With Beijing and Jiangsu as the representatives,softball has also developed vigorously among China’s youth group in recent years.The size of athletes has gradually expanded,the number of professional leagues and other competitions has been increasing,and the provincial and municipal regions have organized large-scale tournaments,which has also attracted much attention in the National Games of China.In this context,softball has also become one of the sports of primary and middle school students in China.As a confrontational group competitive sport,the physical fitness of athletes is the core quality and the primary condition for coordinating and optimizing other technical abilities.Therefore,the physical fitness is the basic need of athletes’ training.Due to its physical elasticity and its uniqueness in resistance training,elastic band has become one of the commonly used antiresistance training equipment in modern physical training.At the same time,combined with the elastic resistance training method of other competitive sports,it has also been widely used in modern competitive sports training.As a kind of sports increasingly popular in primary and secondary schools and teenagers in China,the science,systematization and modernization of softball training is the guarantee of cultivating students to improve their professional level correctly.In the existing studies,some scholars have discussed the application of elastic belt training in common sports such as swimming,track and field,dance and senior sports,but no scholars have paid attention to the application of elastic belt training in the special softball training.Research method: This study includes modern physical training into softball training for primary school students,and discusses the influence of elastic belt resistance training on softball special physical fitness,in order to provide professional and modern reference for youth softball special physical training system in China.With 40 members of the softball team of Zhengzhou Zhongyi Road Primary School as the experimental objects,the control group and the experimental group were set up.The students of the experimental group conducted elastic belt resistance training,and the control group conducted conventional training.After 15 weeks of training,seven test indicators were set: softball playing far,softball throwing far,sit-up,standing long jump,30 meters running,base running test,and 6 ×6 turning back.The physical performance level of the two groups was compared and analyzed,and the physical impact of elastic resistance training and primary school students was evaluated.Results: Through the statistical comparative analysis of the data of the experimental group and the control group,the P-values of the experimental group of sprint,standing long jump,6×6 return run,6×6long run,softball throwing,base run test,softball distance and sit-up physical index test were0.000,0.023,0.001,0.000,0.000,0.000,0.000,less than 0.05,and the difference was significant.After two groups of students sprint and base test P value respectively 0.002,0.011,the experimental group speed quality significance is better than the control group,6×6 run test P value is 0.000,experimental group sensitive quality significance is better than the control group,standing long jump,softball throw far,softball far test P value result is 0.023,0.000,0.000,experimental group strength quality significance is better than the control group,sit-up test P value result is 0.098,experimental group and control group endurance quality gap is not big.Conclusion: After the training of elastic band resistance,the performance of 7 test indicators was improved.It shows that the elastic belt resistance training is helpful to improve the physical quality of softball players,especially in the three special techniques of throwing,running and playing far.
