Behavioral problems, also known as "bad behavior" and "problem behavior",will have a negative impact on their own and others’ daily life and learning, and hinder the full development of children’s physical, mental and social adaptability. The behavioral problems of children with autism are mainly manifested as aggressive behavior and destructive behavior,self-harming behavior, disobedience and uncooperation behavior, inattentive behavior and excessive activity, inappropriate behavior or strange habits, stereotyped behavior, emotional instability, etc.Serious behavioral problems will have adverse effects on the children themselves, their families and even the society.Positive behavior support(PBS),also known as "positive behavior support",was proposed in the1980 s as a collection of behavior correction methods and principles. On the basis of functional behavior assessment, various strategies are adopted to improve individual behavior problems. Thus successfully promote the further development of individual ability, expand individual opportunities, improve individual quality of life.At present, the research on positive behavior support intervention in special children’s behavior problems is constantly enriched at home and abroad, which brings more empirical cases for the future positive behavior support intervention in autistic children, not only enriching the theory of positive behavior support, but also providing references for researchers to conduct practical intervention in the future. However, the overall number of relevant studies is still small.Behavioral problems not only show up in school-age children with autism, but also in most autistic people of different ages.In addition, few studies have formed intervention teams to integrate families, schools, communities and institutions for comprehensive intervention. In terms of intervention strategies, there is no empirical study on the positive behavioral support of classes and the whole school at present. Therefore, the application of positive behavioral support in the intervention of autistic children’s behavioral problems needs to be expanded. This study adopted the A-B-A experimental design in the single subject experiment method, and the experiment was divided into three stages: baseline period, intervention period and maintenance period. In this experiment, two autistic children with obvious behavioral problems were selected as research objects.Information on behavioral problems of autistic children was collected through observation and interview, and the target behaviors were determined by comprehensive analysis according to the frequency, duration, intensity and parents’ wishes of behavioral problems, and then functional behavior assessment was made.A detailed positive behavior support plan was designed on the basis of functional behavior assessment. Before the implementation of the plan, the teachers and parents of the two subjects’ classes were organized into an intervention team, and intervention strategy training was given to them,so that they could fully participate in the intervention process. The intervention strategy was dominated by prevent control strategy, supplemented by ecological environment improvement strategy and behavior teaching strategy. After the intervention, the researcher made a line chart based on the changes of the number of questions tested by two participants, and conducted visual analysis,C statistical analysis and social validity analysis.According to the analysis results, the intervention effect of positive behavior support on the behavior problems of autistic children was discussed, and the causal relationship between spontaneous and dependent terms was inferred. After three months of intervention, the behavior problems of two subjects were significantly improved,so the following conclusions were drawn:(1)Functional behavioral analysis can effectively analyze the causes of behavioral problems in children with autism.(2)Positive behavioral support has an effective effect on the behavioral problems of autistic children.(3)Prevent control strategy plays an important role in the improvement of behavioral problems in autistic children.(4)The implementation of positive behavior support strategy has good social validity.Although this study has achieved good results, there are still shortcomings in the research process: insufficient investigation of the baseline period and maintenance period of intervention, and no generalization effect of intervention strategies on other behavioral problems of the subjects.Future studies need to expand the sample size of the experiment, determine the target behavior is not limited to one behavior, and the intervention strategy should play a generalization role in other behavioral problems.
