Autistic children are lack of communication and social interaction, easy to have behavioral problems. As one of the common problem behaviors of autistic children, their aggressive behavior is a hindrance to their own and others' learning and life, which brings infinite distress to teachers and parents. For this reason, researchers always give attention to the intervention in the behavior of autistic children.Empirical studies show that the positive behavior support has important significance for the intervention and handling of the problem behavior.Positive behavioral support advocates the idea of developing positive behavior of individuals through education. The combination of prevention and education, and the multiple intervention strategies can be used to intervene in the problem behaviors, which can eliminate and reduce the problem behaviors of individual cases, and establish and increase positive behaviors of the cases. This study is based on an autistic child at a society-adaptation schools,it used multiple baseline design across conditions of single-case research, and the intervention study in classroom situations and extracurricular activities was carried out to explore the effect of positive behavior support program on aggressive behavior.Intervention process is divided into two stages of baseline period and intervention period.Firstly, the function of aggressive behavior was evaluated by means of behavioral function interview table, behavioral motivation scale and direct observation. Then, according to the evaluation result, the positive behavior plan was formulated and implemented, which was implemented in the classroom situation and extracurricular activity situation, and the strategy of pre-incident control, behavioral teaching, and consequence processing and ecological environment improvement was flexibly applied.Through the intervention by positive behavior support towards the aggressive behavior of individual case, the frequency of the aggressive behavior of the singe case reduces significantly, and positive behaviors are promoted obviously. This study mainly draws the following conclusions:1.Functional behavioral assessment can effectively understand the function of children's problem behaviors.2.Positive behavior support plan can reduce the aggressive behavior and promote positive behavior of the individual case.3.Positive behavioral support plan has good social validity. This study suggests that researchers should pay attention to the function of problembehaviors and conduct a scientific and comprehensive evaluation. In the process of implementation,we should pay attention to flexible adjustment of positive behavior support plan, and also pay attention to team cooperation.
