| Objective: In this study,the students of Houzhai No.2 Middle School in Zhengzhou City were randomly selected as the research objects to investigate the occurrence of upper-crossed syndrome(UCS).Forty students with UCS were selected to undergo TRX suspension training for 16 weeks,and the intervention effect of TRX suspension training on UCS in junior middle school students was analyzed,so as to accumulate practical experience for correcting adolescents’ poor body posture.Research Methods: In order to explore the intervention effect of TRX suspension training on UCS in junior high school students,the literature method,questionnaire method,experimental and mathematical statistical methods were used in this study,among which experimental method was the main research method.According to the evaluation criteria of UCS,40 junior high school students with UCS were selected and divided into experimental group and control group,with 20 students in each group,and were given exercise intervention training 4 times a week for 16 weeks.Before and after the intervention,the body posture index,shoulder and neck pain index,shoulder and neck dysfunction index,cervical joint range of motion and the shoulder joint flexibility of the patients were measured.Mathematical statistics were used to collect,sort out and analyze the measurement data,and finally the experimental results were obtained.Results:(1)Changes in body morphology indexes before and after intervention(1)Changes in head anteversion Angle:Compared with before and after intervention,the experimental group had a significant difference(P<0.001),and compared with the control group also had a significant difference;(2)The change of round shoulder Angle: compared with that before and after intervention,the experimental group had a significant difference(P<0.001),compared with the control group also had a significant difference;(3)Head forward distance was significantly different in the experimental group(P<0.05)and significantly different in the control group(P<0.01).(4)Sagittal static posture score: there was a significant difference before and after intervention in the experimental group(P< 0.001),and there was also a significant difference compared with the control group(P< 0.001).(2)Changes of shoulder and neck pain and dysfunction index before and after intervention: After 16 weeks of NRS and DNI intervention,there were very significant differences in the experimental group before and after intervention(P< 0.01),and there were very significant differences compared with the control group(P<0.001).(3)Changes in cervical joint range of motion before and after intervention: After 16 weeks of exercise intervention,there were significant differences in six indexes of cervical joint range of motion before and after intervention in the experimental group(P< 0.05).(4)Before and after the intervention of the shoulder joint flexibility of change: after 16 weeks of exercise intervention,the experimental group in the left and the right side of the shoulder joint flexibility were very significant differences(P<0.01),compared with the control group,the left side of the shoulder joint flexibility is extremely significant difference(P<0.001),the right side of the shoulder joint flexibility exists significant difference(P< 0.05).Conclusions:(1)In junior high school students,the occurrence frequency of UCS is very high,and the incidence rate of girls is slightly higher than that of boys.(2)The TRX suspension training can effectively improve the intersection syndrome of the patient’s body posture,can effectively reduce the patient entered Angle,round shoulder Angle,improve the patient’s head forward distance.The cross on the syndrome in patients with sagittal score is reduced and the wrong posture of patients can be improved largely by 16 weeks of TRX suspension training.(3)16-week TRX suspension training can improve the range of motion of the cervical spine in patients with upper crossover.(4)When the UCS causes round shoulder,hunchback and other signs in junior high school students,it will also affect the shoulder joint flexibility of patients.After TRX suspension training,shoulder joint flexibility will be improved.(5)After 16 weeks of TRX suspension training,the patient’s pain in shoulder and neck position can be greatly improved. |
