With the development of educational informatization,blended learning has received more and more attention,gradually being introduced into the teaching of various disciplines,and related research has gradually increased.However,there is relatively little research on the teaching of ancient poetry in high school,and currently there are still problems such as a fixed and single teaching mode for teachers and a lack of interest in learning ancient poetry.Blended learning combines the advantages of online learning and traditional learning,providing richer teaching methods for ancient poetry and effectively compensating for the shortcomings of traditional classroom learning models to a certain extent.Therefore,applying blended learning to the teaching of ancient poetry in high school is of great significance.The article consists of six parts: introduction,overview of blended learning,current teaching situation of blended learning,teaching strategies of blended learning in high school ancient poetry teaching,teaching design,and conclusion.Firstly,by reviewing the research achievements of domestic and foreign scholars on blended learning through literature review,the research content of this article is determined,which is how to apply blended learning to the actual teaching of high school ancient poetry.Focusing on this research focus,the concept of blended learning was outlined,and the theoretical foundations of blended learning were traced,including constructivist learning theory,humanistic learning theory,and information processing learning theory.Summarized the basic characteristics of blended learning,including modernization of teaching methods,diversification of teaching methods,diversification of learning modes,multiplicity of teacher roles,rationalization of teaching time,and comprehensive teaching evaluation.Summarized the arrangement characteristics of high school Chinese ancient poetry: increased content,more comprehensive content,differentiated course types,diverse themes,dual line structure,and integrated arrangement.Then,by linking the arrangement characteristics of high school ancient poetry,it was found that blended learning has teaching value in implementing high school Chinese curriculum standards,enhancing students’ core Chinese literacy,adapting to the arrangement characteristics of high school ancient poetry,and improving traditional classroom teaching models.In order to more targeted address the teaching problems that arise in high school ancient poetry teaching,a survey method of questionnaire and interview was used to understand the problems of blended learning in high school ancient poetry teaching.The main problems are the lack of practical application of blended learning theory in teaching,insufficient connection of knowledge systems in and out of class,and incomplete ability to integrate resources from home and school.In response to teaching issues,combined with the characteristics and teaching value of blended learning,this paper explores the teaching strategies of blended learning in high school ancient poetry teaching,from three aspects: curriculum design,process design,and evaluation design of blended learning in high school ancient poetry teaching.Finally,we selected Su Shi’s "Nian Nujiao · Chibi Nostalgia" and Cao Cao’s "Short Song Line" from high school Chinese language textbooks for teaching design,and analyzed the practical effects and limitations of blended learning in high school ancient poetry teaching based on the teaching design,highlighting the characteristics of blended learning mode.
