Due to its characteristics of virtuality,concealment,divergence,permeability,and arbitrariness,the Internet has increasingly become an important channel for people to express their personal opinions,which has formed a diversified network of public opinion.If negative network public opinion is not properly guided,it will bring greater harm to social public safety.Therefore,in order to reduce the impact of online public opinion on economic and social stability,this article starts from the perspective of social platform coupling,studies the evolution mechanism of online public opinion under key factors,identifies key nodes in different stages of public opinion information evolution,and formulates reasonable public opinion intervention strategies.This article selects the most representative WeChat and Weibo social platforms as the research objects,and uses methods such as social network analysis and system simulation to study the evolution mechanism of online public opinion under their coupling effect.Considering the information dissemination characteristics of Weibo and WeChat social platforms,we construct WeChat and Weibo single network models respectively,select interlayer random propagation mode,establish a dual micro coupled network public opinion simulation platform based on node corresponding rules,consider psychological characteristics as a key influencing factor of public opinion,and determine the propagation probability of each user in the evolution process of layer public opinion,A public opinion evolution model based on user psychological characteristics was constructed using an improved SEI~2R model.The simulation results show that the coupled network accelerates the dissemination speed of public opinion,and the user’s herd mentality increases the potential risk and governance difficulty of public opinion.The authority effect of users can delay the speed of public opinion dissemination,and the curiosity mentality promotes users to lose interest and become epidemic free in the later stage of public opinion evolution.On the basis of the evolution of public opinion in the coupled network,the key node groups in the coupled network at each stage are dynamically identified using the twice repeated sorting algorithm,and the coupled network intervention model is established.Finally,taking the Zhengzhou Foxconn employee return event as an example to verify the effectiveness of the model.The research results show that the optimal period for public opinion intervention is the public opinion incubation period.Opinion leaders play a key role in the outbreak period of public opinion,and during the spread period of public opinion,relevant government departments can guide the direction of public opinion through timely release of correct information and other means.The research results of this article can enrich the research content on the evolution of public opinion on diverse social platforms,and provide decision-making references for regulatory entities and media platforms to jointly promote the healthy development of digital ecology and shape a new pattern of mainstream public opinion.
