| With the rapid development of the Internet and new technologies,social networks are expanding,and the emergence of social networking platforms has provided a convenient way to disseminate information.However,at the same time,there are many problems that need to be solved,such as the coexistence of information sharing and rumor spreading,and online public opinion brought by the complex development of social networks.While online information dissemination is closely related to user influence,an analysis of existing studies shows that there are few studies on user influence from the perspective of online opinion dissemination.In view of this,this paper aims to establish a reasonable and effective user influence measurement model from the perspective of similarity and shortest path among users in online opinion dissemination,and use the model to obtain the set of influential users in the context of specific opinion dissemination,so as to further deepen the accuracy of grasping the development of public opinion from the perspective of public opinion management and to do a better job of guiding public opinion more efficiently.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:First,recognizing that there is a strong correlation between the connectivity paths among users and information dissemination efficiency in the process of online opinion dissemination,and that the information delivery rate and delivery speed when information is exchanged among similar users are significantly higher than those of ordinary users,this paper regresses the attribute features in the opinion network to a complex network,and based on the attribute and relationship of indicators such as Jaccard similarity and Dijkstra’s algorithm Based on the consideration of the attributes and relationships of indicators such as Jaccard similarity and Dijkstra’s algorithm,a Jaccard similarity-based user influence metric model is proposed on the basis of the gravity model to better solve the problems in opinion management.Secondly,we select public opinion events from the perspective of public opinion dissemination for empirical analysis,and use the crawled user interaction data to measure user influence in the sample public opinion events,and analyze the results together with the metrics to verify the feasibility of the model in online public opinion events and confirm the positive guiding role of influential users in online public opinion.Finally,based on the conclusions of the previous study,we propose countermeasures on how to make good use of influential users to guide public opinion,hoping that all parties can effectively play the guiding role of influential users,improve their own mechanisms and do a good job in public opinion-related work.In the context of rapid development of the Internet,core influential users are the main source of information of user groups in social networks,and the study of user influence from a new perspective of public opinion dissemination not only broadens the scope and depth of network public opinion research,but also enables to better explore and play the effectiveness of influential users from the management perspective and make full use of their guidance role to promote the positive dissemination of public opinion information and the positive development of public opinion.Meanwhile,the study can provide feasible ideas for social network opinion leader identification and influence maximization research,and has important research significance and practical value in preventing cyber attacks,disease prevention and control,and traffic flow processing. |
