| With the development of society and economy,the people’s material living standards have been greatly improved.On this basis,everyone’s emphasis on physical exercise has also continued to increase,especially in the southeast coastal areas,where residents have an innate love for swimming as a sport.The current urban indoor swimming pool construction is far from being able to meet the increasing demands of swimmers,so natural swimming pools have become the first choice for many swimmers.Therefore,this paper takes the natural swimming pools in Fujian Province as the research object,and uses the literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method and field survey method to conduct a field investigation on 13 natural swimming pools in Fujian Province.Investigation and research found that:(1)There are many natural swimming waters in Fujian Province,but the number of natural swimming pools that meet the standards is limited,and there is a lack of a complete supervision system.(2)The management model of natural swimming pools in Fujian Province is mainly based on corporate management.The operators lack the idea of taking the initiative to undertake social welfare.The operators of natural swimming pools under the government management mode and government purchase service mode are relatively conservative.,Lack of awareness of market competition.(3)The environment of Fujian natural swimming pools needs to be strengthened,such as water quality,sanitation,life-saving equipment,lifeguard management and infrastructure.(4)The demographic characteristics of swimming enthusiasts in natural swimming places are mainly men,mainly middle-aged and elderly people,with higher educational level and corresponding monthly income level.The main purpose of participating in swimming activities is Physical fitness.The conclusions of the investigation and research are as follows:(1)Strengthen the construction of natural swimming places and change the uneven distribution of natural swimming places.(2)Optimize the management model to enhance social benefits,strengthen industry exchanges,improve the overall quality of operating personnel,and improve the environment of natural swimming places.(3)Strengthen relevant publicity and scientific guidance,expand the number of lovers of natural swimming places,and improve the population structure.(4)Establish a complete supervision system for natural swimming pools to promote the harmonious development of swimming activities in natural swimming pools.Through investigation and research,this paper proposes development countermeasures,aiming to improve the service quality of natural swimming pools,promote the healthy and sustainable development of mass swimming in Fujian Province,and provide reference opinions for the decision-making of relevant departments. |
