Information technology is clearly stated in the teaching recommendations of the General Senior Secondary Mathematics Curriculum Standards(2017 information technology Revised2020)(hereinafter referred to as the New Curriculum Standards),that emphasis should be placed on the use of information technology and its deep integration into the mathematics curriculum.There have been many past studies and some research results on the integration of information technology and mathematics teaching,but since the New Curriculum proposed that the mathematics curriculum should focus on cultivating core literacy in mathematics,research on the integration of information technology and mathematics concept teaching has taken a new direction.We investigate the integration of information technology and mathematics concept teaching in high school with the purpose of nurturing core literacy in mathematics in this research.Firstly,the article analyzes and summarizes previous research on the development of core literacy in mathematics and the study of information technology and mathematics concept teaching,and use questionnaires and teacher interviews to look into the integration of information technology and mathematics concept teaching in senior secondary schools,as well as the development of core literacy in mathematics during the integration process.Secondly,according to the obstacles and problems faced in the process of integrating information technology and mathematics concept teaching under core literacy,relevant papers were searched,and the characteristics and values of information technology and mathematics concept teaching under core literacy orientation were studied based on relevant theories such as constructivist learning theory,duality theory of mathematical concepts and multiple representations theory of mathematics,then the principles of integrating information technology and mathematics concept teaching under core literacy orientation were put forward : the principles of goal,emphasis,bi-directionality and appropriateness.Finally,taking the cultivation objectives of core literacy in mathematics as the warp and the teaching process of concept formation in mathematics as the weft,we explore the strategies of integrating information technology with the teaching of concepts in senior secondary mathematics under the guidance of core literacy: information technology assists in the contextual introduction of concepts to help core literacy take root;information technology is integrated into the concept construction process to promote the growth of core literacy;information technology assists in the understanding of the essence of concepts to promote the development of core literacy.Finally,the teaching design of "The Geometric Meaning of the Derivative" is used as a case study to illustrate the feasibility of the teaching strategy.
