| Researchers have investigated and studied children’s sensory integration disorders,and carried out targeted data collection,collation and analysis in many cities in China,and the phenomenon of sensory integration disorders is common in school-age children in China.Research objectives: to promote the all-round development of the body and mind of school-age children in the form of scientific physical education and the optimal combination of various forms of training content,to enrich the content of physical education classrooms,to make sports games diverse,targeted and innovative,and to achieve a healthy physique for every school-age child.In order to explore the benefits of sensory integration training,it was integrated into the physical education class of the lower primary school and tested the effect of sensory integration training in improving sensory system disorder and improving the physical fitness test results of school-age children.Research Methods: The relevant theoretical data were collected and sorted out by the method of literature and logical analysis,which provided theoretical data for the sommth progress of the experiment and the writing of this paper.Observation and interrogation were used to make timely adjustments to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the experiment.The data of vestibular balance disorder,hyper-tactile defense,proprioceptive disorder and learning ability disorder of experimental subjects before and after the experiment were obtained using the scale measurement method and experimental method,and the sensory integration data were statistically processed and statistically analyzed,which provided a methodological basis for the construction of the experimental system,and the sensory integration ability and physical basic fitness parameters of the experimental group and the control group were statistically analyzed before and after the experiment.In this way,the basic status of sensory integration and physical fitness of the experimental subjects was obtained,and the influence of the experimental content on the sensory integration and basic physical fitness of school-age children.Findings: After 32 weeks of intervention experiments,it was found that sensory integration training improved differently in different aspects for school-age children in the lower primary grades.(1)Sensory integration: The sensory system disorder improvement effect of the experimental class was remarkable,and the vestibular balance,tactile defense and proprioception were significantly improved.(2)Learning ability: the improvement of learning ability is small.(3)Basic physical fitness: The experimental class and the control class have developed in the sitting position forward flexion,50 m and one-minute jump rope in the primary school students’ physical fitness test before and after the experiment,and the progress rate is relatively close,and the sensory integration training can promote the development of the basic physical fitness of school-age children.Conclusions:(1)Sensory integration training can significantly improve students’ sensory integration disorder.(2)Sensory integration can develop the basic physical qualities of students.(3)Sensory integration training has not had a negative impact on the teaching goals of physical education. |
