In recent years,children's fitness sports training,sensory integration function training institutions such as the rapid development in various areas of the country,visible social attention to children's increased year by year,on the one hand,is affected by health China strategy implementation,on the other hand is the children's physical condition is not optimistic,since 2010 the physique monitoring center data visible poor young children's physical development.Due to urbanization and small family,the incidence of sensory integration disorders in children is also on the rise,leading to various problems in children.These problems have attracted attention from all walks of life and researchers,and they also affect parents.Some children even participate in the training programs of physical fitness training and sensory integration training.In practice and investigation,it is found that there is a certain overlap between the two training contents.Therefore,the author puts forward the idea of integrating sensory integration theory into children's physical fitness training in practice,hoping to propose innovative and efficient solutions.This study adopted the methods of literature,mathematical statistics,questionnaire survey,interview,experiment and so on,and conducted intervention training for 64 children aged 4-6 years in a children's physical education institution in Hefei city,so as to integrate sensory integration theory into physical fitness training and achieve the expected research purpose.Research shows that:(1)after 16 weeks of training,the experimental group and control group aftert raining on sensory integrative functions whole was improved compared with before training and the control of the research results show that children's fitness training for 4 to 6 years old children of vestibular sensory function and proprioception function have certain(p < 0.05),but in the sense of touch on the effect of the defence function is not obvious,did not show significant difference(p > 0.05);(2)the research results show that the physical fitness training based on these nsory integration theory has a significant effect on the vestibular function,tactile function and proprioceptive function of children aged 4-6.The tactile function,proprioceptive function and vestibular function showed significant difference of 0.05 before and after training;(3)there was a significant gender difference in the vestibular function of the experimental group before and after the training(p < 0.01).The specific comparison showed that the average value of female students(44.83)was significantly higher than that of male students(39.46).There was no significant difference in the sensory integration function of subjects in age(p > 0.05);(4)the investigation found that the incidence of sensory dysregulation in children was higher,and the proportion of vestibular and proprioceptive dysregulation was higher than that of tactile defense;(5)the test results and feedback indicate that the training method adopted in this study is designed reasonably and has a significant effect.
