| Schools are the main channel for inheriting excellent traditional ethnic sports culture.The inheritance and integration of traditional ethnic sports in schools is not only a powerful tool for protecting their culture,but also a crucial skill mastered by the party and government,and its value is self-evident.Therefore,promoting and popularizing traditional sports in primary and secondary schools is of great significance.This article takes the integration and development of traditional ethnic minority sports and school sports in Honghe Prefecture as the research object.We have thoroughly explored its current situation and existing problems,and proposed feasible development strategies.This paper mainly uses field survey,literature review,situation analysis,mathematical statistics and interviews to study.After in-depth research,we have come to the following conclusion:(1)Based on the current development trend of Honghe Prefecture,a high degree of enthusiasm has been demonstrated in promoting and developing its traditional sports projects.But after in-depth research,it has been found that many policies and financial support are inclined towards competition,and relevant government departments are more inclined to introduce resources into training bases and universities.Not enough attention has been paid to developing traditional ethnic sports programs in primary and secondary schools.(2)In a survey of 18 primary and secondary schools in Honghe Prefecture,it was found that the prevalence of traditional ethnic sports in various schools is extremely low.Only half of the schools arrange martial arts exercises in large breaks,and only a small number of schools offer traditional ethnic sports courses.The survey shows that in the face of uneven infrastructure and teacher allocation,Primary schools perform better than secondary schools in promoting and implementing traditional sports programs for ethnic minorities,and effectively utilize existing resources to develop more characteristic education curriculum systems that are suitable for students’ development needs.(3)The integration of school sports and traditional sports of ethnic minorities in Honghe Prefecture faces severe challenges,with the main problem being the lack of resource allocation and funding;Due to parents’ failure to properly handle the contradiction between quality education and exam oriented education,they overemphasize their children’s grades,thereby hindering the promotion of traditional ethnic minority sports on campus.The root cause of the difficulties lies in the failure of superiors and school leaders to pay sufficient attention and attention,which has led to the emergence of problems;Lack of identification with ethnic identity;Students’ interests are influenced by the learning atmosphere and inherent limitations of traditional sports.(4)For the problems encountered in the development of traditional sports for ethnic minorities in primary and secondary schools in Honghe Prefecture,we can take the following measures: cooperate with self media to improve the publicity effect.Create a platform for learning and training,while ensuring the establishment of a complete evaluation system,gather the strength of unity,jointly create an excellent campus cultural atmosphere,increase financial investment,and strengthen infrastructure construction.Improve the construction of the teaching staff and enhance the professional literacy of teachers themselves;Establish a more comprehensive management mechanism,enhance awareness of its importance,and integrate traditional sports resources of folk ethnic minorities.Establish traditional physical education teaching courses and innovate the internal curriculum of the school;Physical education teachers should master innovative teaching methods,and parents should also change their perspective on problems,educating children to cultivate ethnic self-confidence... |
