With the development of the thought of lifelong education, teachers’continuing education has become the focus of quality education, the reform of basic education in the teachers continuing education has become the hot issue in the study of international education reform and focus. In practice, the key of ensuring educational quality is the teachers’level. At present, teachers’continuing education has become a successful strategy that boosts the development of teacher education and raises teachers’social status.This research mainly uses the method of literature, questionnaire survey method, interview method, Honghe Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture (hereinafter referred to as " HongHe prefecture ") primary school teachers to continue education and issues related to the system research. In the course of the study, first of all through the literature research of teachers’continuing education theories; then, on HongHe prefecture of8counties town primary school teachers training present situation and influence factors of teachers’participation in training conducted a questionnaire survey and interview investigation, and make statistics of investigation result analysis. Through the research, we found that the current of primary school teacher training mainly in the following aspects:the training content lack of pertinence and effectiveness; single form of training; training the professional ability and professional knowledge and attitudes must change and improve; evaluation of training content, training form needs to change; most teachers merely " go to" not "join in" training; training management idea lag, lack of support and funding for training.However, these problems are not isolated exist, they are connected with each other.Therefore, the reform and innovation of the prefecture primary school teachers’ continuing education is very necessary and urgent. This paper from the primary school teachers’continuing education mode aspects, discuss compose to build" regional teachers learning community+regional flow of teachers " model of teacher professional development, through the regional primary school and regional colleges and universities or research institutions of higher education cooperation dialogue form a mutual exchange of symbiotic relationship; and through the cross regional teachers two-way flow, the expansion, abundant learning resources. This kind of teacher development mode, aiming to expand and integrate regional internal and external advantages of learning resources, to promote the prefecture primary school teachers’professional development.This paper mainly includes the following several parts:The first part:Introduction. Specific include:research background; the significance of the research; the definition of related concepts; related theory; research methods.The second part:Literature review. Specific include:foreign teachers’continuing education development orientation and features of teachers’continuing education; teachers’continuing education research of china.The third part:The primary school teachers of HongHe prefecture to continue education research. Mainly on the investigation result statistics, collation and analysis, specifically includes two parts:questionnaire data statistical analysis and interview material combing, classification and analysis.The fourth part:The primary school teachers of HongHe prefecture to continue education development strategy. On the analysis of the prefecture of the current primary school teachers to continue education existence question, proposed state primary school teachers’continuing education:a new mode for" the construction of regional teacher learning community+implementation flow of teachers" mode, and analyzes the mode decision factors and necessary conditions.The fifth part:Conclusion.
