Through the research, we found that the current of primary school teacher training mainly in the following aspects:the training content lack of pertinence and effectiveness; single form of training; training the professional ability and professional knowledge and attitudes must change and improve; evaluation of training content, training form needs to change; most teachers merely " go to" not "join in" training; training management idea lag, lack of support and funding for training.However, these problems are not isolated exist, they are connected with each other.Therefore, the reform and innovation of the prefecture primary school teachers’ continuing education is very necessary and urgent.
