| Sino-foreign cooperative education is an important component of China’ s education business,an important form of education opening to the world,and an inevitable trend of educational globalization and internationalization.As a new school-running model,some respects have been given attention and research,such as conditions and quality of school operation,and social approval degree.From the point of practice,the students’ expectation for overseas study are relatively simple.They are only expected to obtain overseas degrees and achieve career development.However,due to the late start and short development time period of domestic cooperation education,the comprehensive satisfaction of students has not been practically and deeply studied,which is objectively not conducive to the direction of high-quality development of Sino-foreign cooperative education.This paper focuses on the students’ differentiated demands in Sino-foreign cooperative education programme,uses field research data to deeply explore the shortcomings of current Sino-foreign cooperative education,and puts forward opinions and suggestions to improve the quality of Sino-foreign cooperative education according to the practical situations.Specifically,combined with the market characteristics of the Sino-foreign cooperative education and based on the relevant customer satisfaction theory,this paper applies the customer satisfaction model to the training industry of Sino-foreign cooperative education,and successively adopts the research methods of literature review,survey of questionnaire,analysis of statistical and econometric,in order to study the student satisfaction of SQA programme of AJ Education and Training Center and the factors affecting it.The questionnaire collected the demographic information of 219 students,as well as the information of students’ expectations,teaching quality,service quality,perceived value and so on.Through the establishment of econometric model and regression analysis,it is found that teaching quality,service quality and perceived value have a significant impact on students’ satisfaction.Through the sub sample regression analysis of students in different grades and expected colleges abroad,it is found that students in different grades and expected colleges abroad have significant differences in project expectations,service perception,perceived value and programme satisfaction.Based on the conclusions above,this paper puts forward to some specific measures to improve the teaching quality through establishing a highly-qualified teaching team,perfecting the teachers’ appraisal mechanism,boosting the construction of courses reform and customized teaching scheme.It also offers some proposals to increase the service quality of the programme through strengthening the construction of the staff team,innovating the mode of management and service,as well as improving the personalised service plans.The methods above could be regarded as the coping strategies and safeguard measure in the aspect of improving the students’ satisfaction.This paper can help SQA programme of AJ Education and Training Center deeply understand the situations of students’ satisfaction.It can also provide some opinions for the amendment of customers’ satisfaction from the point of customers.It gives rise to some significance for the management and development of SQA programme,as well as offers some reference value to the improvement of customer satisfaction in other training centers of the same industry. |
