With the development of higher education globalization in China in 1980s, Sino-foreign Cooperative Education appears and is improving quite fast. It has become a new form of China's higher education. Moreover, it has far-reaching influences on meeting the diverse needs of education and on the education globalization as well. Facts have proved that with the trend of higher education globalization, Sino-foreign Cooperation Education has developed to a wider and higher level.The essay begins with the explanation of the history of Sino-foreign Cooperative Education and analyzes the current situation. This is further followed by the problems within this new form of education and a conclusion. Furthermore, the author analyzes the reasons with examples of Sino-foreign Cooperative Education in the university where the author works. Facts have proved that Sino-foreign Cooperative Education has improved the academic development of higher education and helped the teaching as well as teacher's better development. It means there are more choices in higher education, and it meets the need of education, improving education conditions. It advances higher education development to a higher level. Meanwhile, there are also some problems, such as the unbalanced geographical distribution, the low level of education, poor supervision, and students'affairs management. Based on all these, the essay proposes some suggestions to help the development Sino-foreign Cooperative Education as follows: teaching mode research; teaching quality management and improvement policies; the establishment of teaching evaluation system and students'management structure construction.
