Study On Athlete Feng Peiyou’s Pre-race Training For 2022 Xiamen Marathon Championships

In recent years,marathon has been popular among the public.More and more marathons have been held in China,and the number of participants in many amateur marathons has gradually increased.However,there is still a certain gap between China and the world’s top marathon runners in the world,so improving the performance of domestic athletes is the main task for a long time in the future.At present,domestic researches on male marathon runners are much less than those on female marathon runners,and there are few researches on marathon events in Guizhou province.The related researches on marathon events in this paper can not only enrich the researches on marathon sports in the province,but also hope to expand to the whole country and enrich the literature on domestic marathon sports.This paper studies the pre-race training arrangement of Guizhou middle distance runner Feng peiyou in preparation for 2022 Xiamen Marathon Championship,discusses the characteristics of the general arrangement,load,means and other aspects of the prerace training of Guizhou middle distance runner,and draws the following conclusions:(1)The whole preparation period of middle-distance runner Feng peiyou was divided into three stages and 11 weeks,with a total load of 2,302 kilometers.The average weekly training volume showed an increasing trend,and the athletes also completed the training content of each stage actively and effectively.The training load of the first stage before the race was gradually increasing,reaching the maximum of280 km in the last week.The load intensity is above 95%.In the second stage,the training volume decreased first and then increased.The maximum weekly training volume was 248 km,the minimum weekly training volume was 145 km,and the training intensity was above 80%.In the last stage,the training intensity was reduced to about 60%.There is a certain scientific basis for the arrangement of the amount of exercise for the athletes,which plays an important role in the enhancement of the athletes’ physical quality and the improvement of sports performance.In the future development of marathon events,the arrangement of the athletes’ training amount can learn from the arrangement of the amount of exercise for the athletes.(2)In the first stage of pre-competition training,athletes conducted aerobic endurance training for 22 times,special speed training for 9 times,and physical fitness training for 10 times;In the second stage,32 times of aerobic endurance training,14 times of special speed training and 18 times of physical fitness training were carried out.In the third stage,the athletes had 6 times of aerobic training,1 time of special speed training and 4 times of physical fitness training.The high-intensity training in the whole pre-competition training stage is basically arranged in the morning,and other low-intensity training with small loads is arranged in the afternoon,so that athletes can not only have enough rest time,but also let them adapt to the highintensity training the next day.Athlete Feng Peiyou’s pre-competition training intensity for the 2022 Marathon Championship effectively improved the athletes’ physical fitness and athletic ability,and achieved good athletic results in the competition,which can play a certain guiding role in the development of marathon events.(3)The blood urea content of athlete Feng peiyou is high in the first stage training and the early stage of the second stage training,indicating that the training volume of the first stage is large,the athlete’s body appears a certain inadaptability,the body function indicators in the late stage of the second stage are restored to a good level,the athlete can recover to the best state of exercise before the competition.The hemoglobin content of the athletes is maintained at a high level,and the athletes have strong aerobic exercise capacity and can adapt to the pre-competition training arrangements.The change of creatine kinase in the training process did not show great fluctuation,athletes can adapt to the intensity of pre-race training load.(4)After 11 weeks and 66 days of pre-race training,the athletes successfully completed the predetermined goal in the 2022 Xiamen Marathon Championship.The training effect of pre-race training was generally ideal,which was in line with the actual situation of Guizhou Province.In the early stage of the race,the high altitude load and high load intensity training were carried out,and the load and load intensity were appropriately reduced in the middle stage.At the same time,we should strengthen special speed and physical training,and pay attention to adjust the athletic state of the athletes in the later stage,in order to achieve the best competitive state to participate in the competition.
