This article takes Huang Xin as the research object,through the research on the characteristics of training load before the 14th National Games of Marathon Athlete Huang Xin,literature,expert interviews,surveys,tests,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,its purpose is to test the training load,physiological and biochemical indexes in the previous month's training and altitude training in Hauts Plat.,so as to make timely and reasonable adjustments to the specific conditions in the training,this paper makes scientific adjustment and control on the process of marathon athletes' pre-race training load characteristics,and provides some reference opinions for the preparation for the future marathon race:1 The total training load of Hauts Plat.In the previous month amounted to749 km,and the average daily running load was 27 km.The weekly training load continued to increase,showing an upward trend,mainly because of the injury,the coach adjusted the load amount appropriately;in the load intensity aspect,the load intensity in the general training class maintains about 75%,the speed per kilometer about 4 minutes 40 seconds/kilometer,the key class intensity is about95%,approximately 3 minutes,30 seconds per kilometer.The number of key classes increases gradually every week,from 1 key class in the first week to 3 key classes in the fourth week,but this month the number of key classes is relatively small only 8;On the whole,the training volume and training intensity of the previous month showed a synchronous increase trend.2 The total training load of Huang Xin Plateau is 1753 kilometers,and the average daily running load is 30 kilometers.With the continuous increase of the load intensity,the training load of the previous month in the plateau has increased by 3 kilometers per day compared with the load intensity,the altitude training stage is the most important stage of the pre-competition training.The load intensity of the training plan arranged by the coach is constantly increasing.The load intensity of the general training class is kept at about 75%,and the speed of the training is about 4 minutes 40 seconds/km,the intensity of the key course is about 95%,and the speed is about 3 minutes 30 seconds per kilometer.The number of key classes gradually increased in each stage,from 1 key class in the adaptation period to 3 key classes per week in the strengthening period,to 2 key classes in the adjustment period,and the number of key classes in the plateau training period reached 22;On the whole,the training load and the training load intensity of Plateau training stage show the trend of increasing continuously.3 During the whole pre-match training and preparation period,the training load arrangement in Xin Huang was relatively reasonable,but due to the heavy training load in the week before going to the plateau and the intensive training period in plateau,the urine protein examination was abnormal,with the highest value of 4+,and Xin Huang was obviously tired.The coach adjusted the training plan appropriately according to the examination results,reduced the load intensity,and recovered the physical function of Xin Huang.During the adjustment period one week before the competition,the physiological and biochemical indexes of Xin Huang were within the normal range,and the physical function of Xin Huang reached the best,which laid a good foundation for Xin Huang to achieve excellent results in the National Games.
