| Early childhood transition runs through the entire preschool stage from 3 to 6 years old,which is a natural extension and transition process from early childhood education to primary education.Children’s self-care ability is the basis of other abilities,and it is also the "internal cause" of children’s environmental adaptation,which plays an important role in the process of early childhood science connection.It is of great significance to stimulate the "internal causes" and self-motivation of children’s growth through the cultivation of self-care ability.At present,in most county grassroots kindergartens,the current situation of children’s self-care ability training is not optimistic.The specific manifestations are: parents’ understanding is not in place,the training plan is not systematic,the training measures are not specific,and the operability is lacking.And so on,so that the overall effect is not obvious.Taking kindergarten X in a county of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as an example,this paper investigates parents and teachers through questionnaires and interviews,and the results show that the cognitive level of managers,teachers and parents is characterized by knowledge over intelligence,cultivation content over knowledge over ability,training methods over preaching over guidance,communication and communication,and scattered and unsystematic evaluation mechanisms.The main reasons for these problems are the incomplete understanding of early childhood development by each cultivation subject,the lack of social support in the cultivation environment,and the imperfect training evaluation system.In response to the problems in the survey,X Kindergarten has taken a series of improvement measures.Relevant systems for strengthening the cultivation of children’s self-care ability in life have been formulated and improved,training measures have been improved and perfected in a targeted manner,and scientific research work related to the connection of science for young children has been carried out.The study believes that in order to do a good job in the cultivation of children’s self-care ability and promote the connection of science between young children,it is necessary to further "teach according to the program",overcome cognitive biases,and open up the practice channels of children’s self-care ability.Integrate the home,optimize the environment,and form a good social atmosphere and educational cultural environment;Positive incentives,fairness and justice,and the establishment of a reasonable and feasible evaluation system. |
