| In the context of this reality,there is an urgent need to adjust the objectives,contents,and structure of the original professional curriculum as well as various safeguards in the secondary schools that have withdrawn the preschool education major and switched to the early childhood care major.In order to understand the practices of secondary schools in response to the policy measures of switching majors,and also to strengthen the curriculum construction,optimize the curriculum system of early childhood care majors,and improve the quality of talent training,this study is analyzed with specific cases.The literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method were used to combine theoretical analysis with case study analysis.First,the core concepts and theoretical foundations of this study were clarified.The concepts of secondary school,early childhood care profession,and curriculum were defined,and on the basis of literature research,the ideas of the survey study were determined and the research framework was constructed.Second,determine the research sample.Taking Puyang Q secondary school as the research object,400 questionnaires were distributed,and 358 valid questionnaires were actually collected,covering different grades of students.Once again,the research on the curriculum setting of early childhood care profession in secondary school was developed around four dimensions,analyzing the curriculum objectives of early childhood care profession based on the training objectives,analyzing the existing curriculum content,curriculum structure and safeguards of early childhood care profession based on the survey data,and understanding the current situation of the curriculum after the conversion of the profession.The study found the problems in the curriculum of the early childhood care profession in secondary schools:the adjustment of curriculum objectives does not match the existing professional ability of teachers,the curriculum content did not meet the needs of students,the curriculum structure was not consistent with the curriculum objectives,and the curriculum security and support were not adequate.Analyzing the reasons,one is due to the unsound system related to the construction of early childhood care profession,the second is that difficulties in achieving the intended objectives of the course,the third is the lack of flexibility in the process of curriculum transfer,and the fourth is the failure to realize the integration and utilization of resources.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the optimal setting of the curriculum of the early childhood care profession in secondary schools are proposed in response to the problems: to further update and improve the curriculum objectives of the early childhood care profession to make it fit with the market demand and students’ development;to optimize the curriculum structure in combination with the curriculum objectives,to dynamically update the curriculum content to make it rich and enriching,and at the same time to provide practical training and teacher training team construction,etc.Provide sufficient guarantee and support. |
