Research On The Integration And Development Of Social Work And Charity

Integrated development is the future development direction of social work and charity,which is not only in response to the development dilemma faced by the current separation of social work and charity,but also to better meet the needs of social services,improve the pattern of grassroots governance and realize professional mission and value.Therefore,how to realize the integration of social work and charity has become an important practical issue.In this paper,social work and charity integration development as the research theme,using participatory observation,literature research and interviews,this paper makes an indepth study on the integration of social work and charity in W Public Welfare Service Center.From the specific framework of the article to answer what is fusion? Why merge? Finally,through the plight of integration how to propose integration? So what? Why? How the logic analysis,trying to clarify the integration of social work and charity development.Firstly,from the perspective of entrainment embedding theory,we trace the historical relationship between social work and charity,and find that they are embedded in history,value and reality,and there are macro problems such as low influence and credibility,unsatisfied public needs,difficulties in institutional development,and bottlenecks in professional and social development,which urgently need to be alleviated through the integration of social work and charity.Secondly,combined with macro-problems,this paper studies the micro-integration dilemma such as "lack of talents,poor connection","weak experience,lack of supervision","complicated finance,different methods","shallow understanding,lack of mechanism",and then analyzes the causes of the dilemma,and concludes that the original cause of the dilemma is born under the influence of many factors such as economy,education,policy and culture.Furthermore,by collecting the practice of integrating social work and charity in Guangzhou,Zhengzhou,Chengdu,Binzhou and other places in China,the author tries to sum up some experience and enlightenment from the policy guidance of the above places for reference in other parts of China.Finally,through the embedding theory,this paper puts forward the path and strategy of how to promote the integration and development of social work and charity.First,it constructs the knowledge embedding system between the two and implements the integrated curriculum teaching;Second,establish a practice embedding system to realize the interaction of professionals;Third,advocate policy mutual protection and integrate social public resources;It is hoped that social work and charity will be actively embedded in knowledge,practice and policy,and their role advantages will be integrated together to form a benign social service development,so as to promote the modernization of the national governance system and enhance the national governance capacity,enhance the innovative social service capacity,and inject health factors into China’s construction of a prosperous,strong,democratic,civilized,harmonious and beautiful socialist modern power in the middle of this century.
