Practical Research On Social Work Intervening In Charity Aid

With the development of society,the improvement of people's living standard and the support of national poverty alleviation policy,China's charity has developed rapidly,but there is still a certain gap between professional,standardized and institutionalized charity services.According to the data,taking an association in Shaanxi province as an example,the number of poor families is decreasing every year,and the proportion of students who cannot afford to go to school due to poverty is also decreasing.The former financial aid mode has not been adapted to the current social needs,and the change of charitable aid mode is imminent.As a professional service force,social work plays an important role in various fields with its professional and scientific theories and development,so it is necessary and feasible to introduce social work into charity education.In this paper,the author takes the aid project of an association as an example and the association and the assisted students as the research object to comprehensively analyze the difficulties faced by the charity aid project.By using social methods such as case work and group work to carry out concrete practice on charity organizations and recipients,supplemented by professional service skills such as emotional counseling,listening and individualization,this paper makes a full and powerful explanation for the rationality of social work involvement in charity education.Finally,the author concludes the advantages and difficulties of social work in charity education,and puts forward a rational way for social workers to intervene in charity education,so as to promote the professionalism and sustainability of charity education.The practice results show that social work involvement in charity education can improve and make up for the deficiency of charity education,especially provide feasible Suggestions for the sustainability of modern charity education,that is,policy support,resource expansion,method guidance,tripartite cooperation and social support.
