Research On The Evaluation Of Charity Projects From The Perspective Of Improving The Operation Ability Of Social Work Organization By Taking The "Safe Community" Project Of LD Social Work Organization As An Example

At present,China's social work and public welfare charity are developing rapidly.A series of policies issued by various government departments provide support and strong guarantee for social organizations to carry out public welfare charity projects.With the in-depth innovation and development of grassroots social governance,social organizations gradually pay attention to improving their service quality.It is particularly important to evaluate the ability improvement of social organizations in the operation of public welfare and charity projects,which is not only conducive to improving the practical value of public welfare and charity projects,but also to optimize the internal management of social organizations and stimulate the vitality of social organizations,so as to realize the high-quality development of social organizations.Based on the comprehensive research of domestic and foreign scholars on the evaluation of social work and the capacity building of social organizations,this paper selects the "Safe Community" charity project implemented by LD social work organization as the research object.Supported by professional theories,literature research method,participatory observation method,interview method and questionnaire survey method were used to understand the operation situation of "Safe Community" project of social work institutions.Combined with the set evaluation index system,the evaluation results are analyzed from five dimensions: project management ability,project execution ability,professional service ability,social resources integration ability and project effectiveness.In addition to the conclusion that social work organization has improved internal governance capacity,strong execution ability and high social credibility,it is also found that social work organization has shortcomings,such as single source structure of project funds,limited media publicity resources and lack of cooperation with community residents' families and so on.Therefore,it is proposed that social work organizations should use professional methods to improve their self-financing ability,use professional skills to link external publicity resources,and establish a linkage mechanism with professional concepts,so as to promote social work organizations to create branded and professional projects.Combined with the "Safe Community" project implemented by LD social work organizations,this paper creatively evaluates the ability improvement of social work organizations in public welfare and charity projects,and explores the experience and ways of capacity building of social organizations in operating projects.However,as this paper only studies the "safe Community" project,there is a certain one-sidedness,the evaluation methods and evaluation process need to be further studied,so as to improve the project operation ability of social organizations and promote the sustainable development of social organizations and public welfare charities.
