The Research On Collaborative Education Between College Counselors And Ideological And Political Teachers

The ideological and political work in colleges and universities is an important part of carrying out the Party’s educational idea and continuously promoting the fundamental task of cultivating morality and people.College counselors and ideological and political teachers are the "vanguard soldiers" of ideological and political work in colleges and universities,and the main force of ideological and political education of college students,which is particularly important in the practice of educating people in colleges and universities.The cooperative education of college counselors and ideological and political course teachers refers to the practical activities of establishing the common education goal in the practice of ideological and political education,and enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political education as a whole by strengthening exchanges and cooperation.The joint force thought of Marx and Engels,the discussion on the collaboration from Chinese Communists and the theory of system and synergy provide theoretical support for the two teams’ collaborative education.In the new era,promoting the collaborative education of two teams and innovating the collaborative methods and paths of two teams are of great significance to the completion of the fundamental task of cultivating morality and educating people,the enhancement of the effectiveness of ideological and political education and the implementation of the concept of Great ideological and political courses either.Since the founding of New China,under the care of the Party and the government,college counselors and ideological and political course teams have gone through four stages of cooperative education: preliminary construction stage,gradual standardization stage,comprehensive strengthening stage and innovative development stage,and achieved fruitful education results.The interview found that the collaborative education work of the two teams has made good progress.The concept of collaborative education has been gradually deepened,the content has been enriched,the methods have been diversified and the effects have been highlighted,which has strengthened the determination and confidence of the two teams in the collaborative education exploration and development.Undeniably,there are still some urgent problems to be solved in the collaborative education between the two teams,which are mainly reflected in the aspects of department planning,team construction,resource integration and mechanism improvement,etc.,which also points out the direction for its path optimization.Based on the fundamental task of cultivating virtues and cultivating people and the pattern of "great ideology and politics",colleges and universities should persist in finding reasons,gaps and ideas from the problems,and focus on strengthening the leadership of the Party,setting up specialized agencies,emphasizing the linkage of departments and other aspects to strengthen the top-level design of collaborative education.We should strengthen the construction of collaborative education team from the aspects of strict recruitment access,strengthening collaborative concept and improving collaborative ability.Focus on teaching interaction,scientific research cooperation,daily exchanges and other aspects to strengthen the construction of education platform;Efforts are made to improve the construction of collaborative education mechanism from the aspects of development incentive mechanism,two-way post mechanism,fund guarantee mechanism,assessment and evaluation mechanism,so as to provide scientific and complete hardware and software support for the collaborative education work of the two teams,promote the detailed implementation of the collaborative education work of the two teams in practice,and promote the development and improvement of ideological and political education work in colleges and universities in innovation.
