Research On The Path Of Coordinated Development Of Sports Lottery Responsibility Gambling

Since the sports lottery was issued in 1994,it has been assuming certain responsibilities and obligations to the country,society and the public on the basis of the compliance operation and the performance of public welfare fund collection.However,with the passage of time,the credibility of the lottery has declined,the transparency of the award-winning publicity is not enough,and the social responsibility of the lottery is not strong,and other problems have become more and more serious,which must be the common responsibility of the participants.Therefore,in order to enhance the sense of social responsibility of sports lottery,enhance the sense of mass responsibility of gambling,and strengthen the cooperation among stakeholders of sports lottery,this study explores the impact of the behavior of each subject on the behavior of other subjects through the multi-agent game perspective,using the evolutionary game theory,and by constructing the evolutionary game model of the government,lottery stations and lottery holders,It also finds the way for the main body to promote the coordinated development of responsible gambling,so as to help the development of the responsible gambling system of sports lottery.This study first uses the literature research method to sort out and summarize the existing literature related to sports lottery,responsibility gambling,collaborative development and evolutionary game,laying a foundation for the follow-up research.At the same time,the feasibility analysis of multi-agent cooperation in sports lottery responsibility gambling is carried out to ensure the feasibility of research methods and research starting points.On this basis,the dilemma analysis of the cooperative development of the participants is carried out to ensure the application of evolutionary game method.In order to clarify the collaborative dilemma and the impact of behavior choice among the three parties,the numerical simulation method is further introduced to explore the change of behavior choice of the three parties under different circumstances by changing the relevant parameter settings.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Without actively interfering with the willingness of the three parties to participate,the initial willingness of the three parties to participate is stable at E8(1,1,1),that is,the choice of(participation,participation,participation)is presented.(2)When participating in certain future development expectations,the three-party main strategy is stable at E8(1,1,1)and E6(1,0,1),that is,lottery sites will choose not to participate in collaborative development based on their own interests.(3)Change the initial willingness of the three parties to participate,and the optimal strategy of the three parties to participate tends to the stable point E8(1,1,1)that is,the three parties will actively participate in the coordinated development of sports lottery responsibility gambling.Based on the above research conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)policy guidance,supporting the coordinated development of the main body;(2)active change,driving the coordinated development process;(3)increasing attention,and promoting the coordinated development.
