| Education is the cornerstone of national rejuvenation and social progress,and is a moral and political project that benefits the present and the future.In the new era,the people’s desire for a better life is becoming increasingly high,and the quality of education and teaching should also be improved accordingly.In order to meet the demand for high-quality sports talents in social development,schools at all levels have established sports coach positions.For primary and secondary schools,setting up coach positions can improve the coach education system and comprehensively enhance the quality of primary and secondary students.This paper takes the current situation and countermeasures of setting up coaches in primary and secondary schools in Nanchang City as the research object,and uses the methods of literature review,expert interviews,questionnaires,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to investigate and analyze the current situation of setting up coaches in primary and secondary schools in Nanchang City.The conclusions are as follows:1.In terms of working conditions for setting up coach positions in primary and secondary schools,there is a certain gap between the salary levels of coaches in primary and secondary schools and other developed provinces;In terms of coaches’ professionalism,the vast majority of coaches in Nanchang have a strong work ethic and can devote all their energy to sports;Teachers in primary and secondary schools in Nanchang generally have low satisfaction with the work environment;In terms of satisfaction with the coach management system,there are some deficiencies in the management system of primary and secondary school coaches in Nanchang City.2.In terms of setting up coach training positions in primary and secondary schools,the main manifestations are: firstly,the training time is short and the content is not comprehensive;secondly,the coach’s work tasks are heavy,which affects the quality of sports training;thirdly,the coach’s scientific research level is not high.3.The management of coach positions in primary and secondary schools is mainly reflected in the imperfect promotion system,unclear job responsibilities,and an incomplete job evaluation index system.4.In terms of setting up coach job training for primary and secondary schools,it can be seen from the level and effectiveness of coach job training that Nanchang primary and secondary school coaches have strong professional qualities and qualities.Secondly,Nanchang coaches believe that strengthening communication with teachers is necessary,and thirdly,the overall quality of coaches is not high.In response to the existing problems,the following suggestions are proposed: firstly,increase the salary and benefits of coaches,and establish a reward mechanism;Secondly,strengthen the construction of the coach team and improve the development environment;Thirdly,establish a coach assessment and evaluation mechanism,and improve the assessment system;The fourth is to develop a coach training system that conforms to the characteristics of primary and secondary schools,optimize job training mechanisms,and improve training levels.This article provides reference and theoretical basis for the construction of a coach team in primary and secondary schools in Nanchang City,thereby promoting the comprehensive development of physical education in primary and secondary schools in Nanchang City and the comprehensive development of China’s sports industry. |
