| With the development of the times,China’s financial shared service center has developed rapidly and has become the choice of many large group companies.With its standardized,professional and process-based operation mode,the financial shared service center has achieved the improvement of operational efficiency and the reduction of financial management costs.However,the advent of the era of big data has brought both development opportunities and new challenges to the financial shared service center.Facing the opportunities and challenges,the research on the operation optimization of the financial shared service center is particularly important.This paper first analyzes the existing theoretical research results by studying the existing literature.Secondly,it analyzes the operation status of China’s financial shared service center,finds the common problems at this stage,and builds a financial shared service center operation optimization system,including confirming the optimization goal,designing the optimization process,confirming the optimization content,and clarifying the optimization guarantee,and designing a set of financial sharing service center operation optimization program based on big data technology with the construction of the financial middle office as the core.Taking Company X as an example,we analyze the operation status and existing problems of Company X’s financial shared service center,and use the operation optimization system of the financial shared service center to optimize the operation of Company X’s financial shared service center and analyze the operation optimization effect.It proves that the operation optimization system built has a certain adaptability.Finally,the conclusions of this paper are drawn,and countermeasures are proposed for the limitations of the study.The research in this paper is conducive to strengthening the collection,analysis and application of financial data,which can make financial data more valuable.Its optimization ideas and optimization processes can also provide some experience and reference for other aspects of the enterprise to share and optimize.It is conducive to promoting the change of human resources development pattern in the future,and the development of enterprise employees to the high end of the value chain.I hope this research can provide some reference for the operation and development of the enterprise financial shared service center. |
