| The complexity of the tests of various electronic equipments in modern industry is increasing gradually,accompanied by a significant reduction in the development cycle of test equipment.Traditional test techniques are facing severe difficulties due to factors such as huge data volume,harsh test environments,and time-consuming and labor-intensive iterative process of design modifications.The purpose of this subject is to quickly finalize a set of general test equipment,which can provide terminal control and display function and high-speed data storage function for the actual field test of anti-jamming equipment.By investigating the development and current situation of test bus,this subject has formulated a test platform scheme based on VPX bus,and developed a set of portable integrated test equipment by referring to FPGA Mezzanine Card,high-speed serial communication,large-capacity solid-state storage and other technologies.The hardware design has analyzed the functional boards,back planes,chassis and structures of the VPX test system.The software design has completed the display and control and storage functions.The realization of key technologies has the following three points.Taking the domestic FPGA as the core,the 6U VPX universal carrier board has been designed and completed,and the high-speed signal integrity simulation of the board has been completed.The carrier board can realize communication and data acquisition by FMC.Also,this subject has designed a VPX memory card equipped with solid-state drive and the card can complete large-capacity data storage through a high-speed serial interface.This subject improves the reusability of hardware modules and the scalability of the system with a modular and customizable design.Aiming at the real-time requirements of communication,the real-time expansion system based on Windows has completed the communication software design,and realized the real-time control function by means of deterministic real-time thread scheduling.Aiming at the real-time receiving requirements of high-speed echo data,based on the multi-thread mechanism and multi-processor computer,the multitasks of data acquisition,data writing to disk and user interface display have been realized at the same time,which avoid the impact of user interface operations on data acquisition and storage performance influences.In the joint debugging system experiment,the topology interconnection of the general carrier board,memory card and VPX system is stable;the quality of high-speed interface signal is good;and the high-speed data acquisition and large-capacity storage are completed.The real-time expansion system ensures the timing accuracy of 1 millisecond;the error is controlled within 30microseconds;and it can ensure long-term stability.The multi-threaded display and control software provides a user interface with fully functions and friendly interaction,and completes real-time reception of echo data.The functional verification and performance test results show that the terminal device which can provide real-time display and control developed by the project meets the expected design requirements. |
