The Association Of PC Cloud-Platform Informatization Implement Project Quality Management Research

The Association of PC is a national and comprehensive social industry organization with specific business functions.According to "14th Five-Year Plan" for national economic and social development,and the relevant provision of China’s economic vision development program in 2035,in order to improve the overall management level of industry enterprises,the Association of PC plans to develop cloud platform informatization construction project,and they would like using cloud computing,big data,mobile Internet and other informatization technologies to provide remote training for industry enterprises,expert online guidance,interactive communication and other services.This article mainly includes the practice and research work base on the implementation of the project.The project budget is 8 million yuan.The project has many construction contents,including the procurement and installation of software and hardware equipment,business system development,and other work.It provides service to nearly 100 enterprises in the industry,and high requirements for project quality.However,the Union of PC lacked the management experience of projects,they have many difficulties in the process of project implementation,such as unclear project management responsibilities,lack of review for the project stage,lack of operability of software and hardware testing,lack of relevant standards for project stage and others problem.In view of the above problems,the article designs a set of effective quality management methods,which reduces the quality problems in the project implementation,avoids the potential quality problems of the project,improves the quality of the project implementation.Finally,the project was successfully completed.Conclusion,this article mainly includes:(1)To analyze the current management status of the Union’s cloud platform,combined with the characteristics of the project management theory and the informatization construction projects,summarizes the problem in the process of project implementation from the personnel,management,communication,organization structure and institutional system.(2)Design the quality management process for this project to clear the project quality management objective.Analyzed the causes of quality management problem,it uses the methods and tools of literature research method,investigation research,cause and effect diagram.Then,the PDCA cycle method is used to identify,modify,implement and inspect the quality management process of the project,and a set of closed-cycle general quality management process,which are project organization structure,quality management system and staged process.Next,focus on four key issues in the implementation stage of the project,analysis the key nodes and control point of quality for project,design the milestone review,continue improvement of quality and documents review(3)The results show that the methods and mechanisms proposed are suitable for the implementation of the Association of PC cloud platform project.It provides the guarantee for the project successful completed.
