It’s obviously that the digital transformation becoming a critical role to empower an enterprise to achieve cost reduction and improve efficiency among fierce competition environment.In particular,many manufacturing enterprises urgently to pursue competitive advantages for their products through new information technologies and management ideas.As a typical manufacturing enterprise,M company is keeping leadership in the field of acoustoelectric industry with their talents for a long time.However,with an increasing of the development market and emerging competitors are threatening and challenging the leading position.Especially,with the lack of process management and digital capability in the daily production management,it’s difficult to improve operating efficiency with new information technologies,for example,it’s hard to find the root cause of product quality problems and solve the problems timely during the production quality management,meanwhile,with manual inspection for a large number of products is inefficiency,what’s more,equipment not maintain timely lead to the accuracy is not always as good as usual.With all the above factors severely prevent the management ability improvement in M company.This dissertation taken M company as the research object,refer to digital transformation theories,digital transformation maturity model and successful cases from top rank companies in different industries,to summarize the terrible problems in progress of production management processes,work out an optimization solution including the MES improvement,consolidate data from multiple resources such as manufacturing,production equipment and quality test,the distributed architecture of big data platform and BI to improve the digital capability of production management,assisting operation team to analyze the root cause of the defect product and solve the problem promptly.Through real time monitoring to trigger out the alert for abnormal status and solve the problem accordingly.Improving efficiency with AI technology to inspect product defect.With the above improvements to enhance the digital capability of production management in M company and keep competitive position in the industry.
