Research On The Development Countermeasures Of Electronic Information Industry In Hebei Province

The Gulf War,the Hanxin events,the ZTE sanctions incident,the Huawei chip supply interruption incident,and the lithography technology monopoly all reflect the problems of China’s electronic information technology being controlled by others and the insufficient development of the electronic information industry.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the development of electronic information industry in Hebei Province from the perspective of technological innovation,analyze its existing problems,and predict the cutting-edge technologies required for its future economic and social development,so as to improve the high-quality economic development of Hebei Province and accelerate the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.Mainly from the following aspects.Firstly,it is pointed out that the research on technological innovation of total factor productivity theory is the basis of subsequent technology prediction and frontier technology prediction of thermodynamic entropy theory.Secondly,the total factor productivity based on the Three-stage DEA model is used to calculate the level of technological progress of the industry,and the problems associated with the level of technological progress are pointed out.Thirdly,rely on the prediction of the technological frontier of the industry to clarify the solutions of technological innovation orientation.Finally,in order to make the technology frontier prediction more convincing,the technology frontier prediction analysis is carried out from the perspective of technology foresight and technology entropy model prediction.Through the research,it is concluded that the electronic information industry in Hebei Province needs to be improved from the perspective of improving government guidance,improving capital investment and financing,improving enterprise internal management,absorbing more talents,clarifying the technical direction,promoting technological innovation,improving the integration of industrial Internet and optimizing the internal structure.Figure 12;Table 15;Reference 60...
