In the era of digital economy,the rapid development of digital technology provides a realistic basis for the realization of information value.Platform enterprises,as a new business model,have entered the public’s vision.Relying on its strong ability to integrate information resources,the Internet platform breaks the traditional unilateral market structure and internal R & D mode,builds a bridge between enterprises and consumers,and expands the value proposition of enterprises and the demand boundary of consumers.Traditional physical products are no longer the only source of profit for enterprises,and the importance of services is rising.The user experience in the process of product consumption and use has become the focus of enterprises.The value creation mode optimized around the upgrading of user experience is the enterprise strategy in the era of digital economy.How to optimize their business model with the help of the platform,how to attract users to join the platform,make rational use of user resources and encourage users to participate in value creation have become the pain points for digital enterprises to cultivate competitive advantages.At the same time,the form of multi-agent value co-creation,the role of users in value co-creation,how to maintain and realize value co-creation still need to be studied by the academic community.In order to further explore the above problems,this paper conducts a single case study based on the grounded theory analysis method,and discusses the internal logic and mechanism of value co-creation of platform enterprises from the perspective of micro enterprises.This paper selects Xiaomi Corporation.,a typical platform based intelligent product manufacturing company,as the case study object to analyze the enterprise operation mode and value realization mechanism under its Internet strategy.It is mainly divided into three parts.Firstly,it summarizes the value co-creation theory involved in the research,integrates and combs the basic process of value co-creation,as well as the service leading logic and value proposition concept that play a guiding role in enterprise strategy in the era of digital economy.Secondly,this paper summarizes the existing concept definitions of platform enterprises,classifies them according to their value content and treatment methods,and further combs the concept of platform enterprises and the development status of platform enterprises.Finally,this paper makes an in-depth study on the case enterprise,summarizes the three stages of platform development of Xiaomi corporation,combines the characteristics of originality and flexibility of enterprise operation and development,selects the grounded theory three-stage coding method to sort out its value realization mechanism,and collects the original corpus required for coding through interviews,journals,news and other materials.Finally,nvivo12 is used to encode the selected corpus.Through three steps: open coding,spindle coding and selective coding,76 concepts,18 categories and 4 core categories are obtained.It further combs the logical relationship between concepts and categories,combs the realization mechanism of the four spindle model of platform mode,enterprise value creation,user value creation and value co-creation based on the theoretical basis,and integrates them into the basic framework of value realization of Xiaomi Corporation.The research and practice of platform enterprises in China is still in its infancy.From the perspective of value co-creation,this paper uses grounded theory research methods to study the process of building enterprise platforms to attract users to participate in value creation,which is innovative.
