Research On Value Co-creation Evolution Mechanism Of The Industrial Internet Platform Ecosystem

Under the background of normalization of COVID-19 situation,platform economy is becoming more and more important.Platform The platform makes great contributions while also testing the governance and supervision system.How to effectively and orderly realize the value co-creation of platform ecosystem has caused academic and business discussions.Most of the existing studies only focus on the single role of platform leadership enterprise,there is less research work involving the dynamic process.In addition,with the development of technology such as Internet of Things and Cloud Computing,Industrial Internet has got rid of the downturn of Consumption Internet and it has been becoming the "main channel" of platform economy.However,few scholars focus on the emerging field of Industrial Internet to discuss the mechanism of co-creation and evolution of platform ecosystem value from the perspective of ambidextrous capabilities.It is still in a "black box" state,and we need to further explore the micro mechanism.In view of the above research gaps,this thesis selects three typical Industrial Internet platform enterprises in their respective fields: 1D1 D,Huitongda and BEKE,data is collected through the combination of interview research and second-hand sources and it is further coded,the successful practices of the platform ecosystem established is summarized with their respective focus of three distinguishable stages.Each stage clarifies the participants in the system,focusing on the ambidextrous capabilities(Platform Capability and Dynamic Capability),focusing on the three elements of value co-creation of "inducement-process-result",and and the research finally gets the evolution model of value co-creation by following the analysis of replication logic.The findings of the research include:(i)characteristics of industrial internet are intelligent manufacturing,intelligent supply chain and intelligent retail.The platform ecosystem constantly absorbs external heterogeneous and complementary resources to support open innovation,so as to expand the main role and accelerate the growth of the system.(ii)The evolution process of value co-creation can be divided into the initial stage of linear empowerment,the development stage of collaborative realization and the mature stage of reverse customization.(iii)The value co-creation of the Industrial Internet platform ecosystem is a chain linked and progressive processed under the action of ambidextrous capabilities.In the evolution of value co-creation,the specific embodiment and importance of each dimension of ambidextrous capabilities are different in different stages,resulting in different effects.And(iv): under different internal and external driving factors in each stage,the interaction between participants in the platform ecosystem has experienced "one-way line interaction-two-way surface interaction-multi-dimensional interaction";The process of resource integration increases gradually as "resource utilization-resource optimization-resource opening",and the business model is switched to "B2B-S2B2C-C2B",which finally realizes the differential acquisition and distribution of economic value and social value.The contribution of this thesis not only enriches the research level of Industrial Internet,platform ecosystem,value co-creation and other theories,but also provides some business management practice enlightenment for the main elements of the gradually growing platform business ecosystem to continuously obtain competitive advantages,it could deeply cultivate the field of Industrial Internet and carry out value co-creation activities.
