The intensification of global market competition and the growth of customers’personalized demands continue to reduce the profitability of manufacturing companies.In order to achieve differentiated competition,manufacturers have carried out service-oriented transformation,from providing products to providing services,in order to meet diversified customer needs,and operation and maintenance service applications were born.With the continuous development of emerging tech nologies such as big data,Internet of Things and cloud computing,a new operation and maintenance service-"remote operation and maintenance service" has gradually attracted the attention of academia and en terprises.The remote operation and maintenance service analyzes and applies real-time equipment operation status data and customer operation data collected based on emerging technologies such as big data to achieve predictive maintenance of equipment.my country attaches great impor tance to the development of industrial big data industry.This year,relevant national ministries have issued a series of documents to promote and promote the application of big data in the field of manufacturing.Under this operation and maintenance model,un ilateral value creation activities of manufacturing companies are no longer applicable.More and more manufacturing companies choose to create value together with customers.How manufacturing companies rely on their own big data resources to cultivate big data capabilities and value co-creation activities with customer companies has become a realistic problem.Although scholars have gradually realized the profound impact of big data capabilities on the co-creation of operation and maintenance service value in the context of remote operation and maintenance services,research on the relationship between big data capabilities,value co-creation and co-creation of value is in academic The world has not seen any reports.This research takes manufacturing enterprises as the object,comprehensively uses resource-based theory,dynamic capability theory and service-led logic theory,and uses standardized empirical methods on the basis of sorting out relevant literature at home and abroad.Research on the relationship between value co-creation and co-creation of value.Firstly,the concepts of big data capability,value co-creation and co-creation of value in manufacturing enterprises are defined and dimensioned,the conceptual model of this research is constructed,and the research hypothesis of the relationship between the three is proposed;secondly,the determination The measurement items of big data capabilities,value co-creation and co-creation value were obtained,and the measurement scale of each variable was obtained;finally,263 valid questionnaire data were obtained by designing and distributing questionnaires,and obtained by using statistical analysis software such as SPSS23.0 The obtained research data was analyzed by multiple regression to verify the research hypothesis of this article and draw conclusions.The research results confirmed the relationship between big data capabilities and co-creating value,and further clarified the three sub-dimensions of manufacturing companies’big data capabilities:the impact of big data resource acquisition capabilities,big data analysis capabilities,and big data application capabilities on the co-creation value.Degree;explores the intermediary role of value co-creation in the process of manufacturing companies’ big data capabilities on co-creation value and the three sub-dimensions of value co-creation:co-planning,co-execution of plans and co-solving problems Mediating Role.This research proposes and demonstrates the impact of manufacturing enterprises’ big data capabilities on value co-creation and co-created value in the context of remote operation and maintenance services,enriches the research in the field of big data capabilities and co-created value,and enriches the study of value co-creation theory;At the same time,the research conclusions provide management suggestions for the construction of big data capabilities in manufacturing companies and effective value co-creation activities with customer companies to obtain more co-created value.
